#Sun International Why do i need to turn to HelloPeter to get Sun International to process my refund for accomodation that was cancelled during the prescribed "No Cancellation Fee" policy?? over 21 days ago! The booking was cancelled on the 8th of December - THATS 21 DAYS AGO if you care to check your calendar! I received the email confirmation of the cancellation - which i extract for you below! Booking cancelled (BMTYIRZ) Your reservation has been canceled. The prepayment will be refunded. We invite you to make a reservation in the future. I have called and spoken with your central reservation team 3 times - each time a promise made that imy refund would be processed THAT DAY, and appologising profusely for the omission. What nonesense! This is completely unacceptable, UNETHICAL and certainly not becoming of an international hotel chain. I hereby demand the return of the monies rightfully owed to me immediately! Is this what has become of Sun International? Are their glory days truly gone ?
This is a shout out to Dale Shelly the service manager of Wild & Marr PTY LTD. To cut a long story short, and in a nut shell, this company and its management represent honesty and integrity. Ordered an electronic music keyboard. Keyboard worked for 3 months and then has issues. They replaced. The second keyboard same thing! - They did not have a replacement (new) but offered to loan me one for the time it took to get their new shipment by container from abroad. This took about 5 months. True to their word, I get an email 5 months later, that my new unit has arrived, and they will be personally delivering. Unit arrived perfectly (bran) new. While I hope that the new unit will now be trouble free, i do think its never the less important to acknowledge the spirit of customer service, going the extra mile and being true to their product guarantee. Thank you Dale Shelly for setting an example to your suppliers and their customers.
I have been experiencing a shocking level of service recently. I ordered AND PAID FOR 2 pool loungers at Greenstone branch - supposed to be delivered on the 28th November. I am still waiting and not a single shred of feedback has ever been provided! I have called the department manager(and even left a complaint on FB messenger LM SA) numerous times only to be promised that they will investigate and call me back abd update meabout my order . Promises made that are not kept! I am certain nobody there really cares. Not one person has ever called me back regarding my order. As i said already I even wrote a complaint on FaceBook Messenger which was responded to by LM SA to say that they will quickly provide me feedback in the morning - Yeah well, I am still waiting..... despite sending a reminder in the afternoon also on FB messenger (which again wasn't replied to). So now its actually 2 seperate complaints - My initial complaint left on FB was that there was absolutely no assistance from personnel on the drive through floor - despite hooting for about 5 minutes (periodically) to get somebody's attention not a single sales person even bothered to walk out and help me. I waited and decided to leave and buy my steel tubing at Builders Warehouse. So long story short - bad service on numerous levels. A real great pity.........

<p>Dear Management - think your sales people need better training. My own experience in dealing with your sales team (regarding a pretty basic order) involving a few doors and 3 alluminium windows was sadly very poor.</p> <p>Although i can go into the entire episode of my experience here using many choice adjectives describing the poor quality of sales and service, i would rather say the following :-</p> <p> </p> <p>My review is in the hope that management does a thorough overhaul of how customers are treated, and how feedback is given once a complaint is lodged or an order processed and delivered. Most importantly i think the business's long standing reputation is in serious danger and is being tarnished because of avoidable incompetence and bad customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a person with wide ranging experience in the building industry, I write this review as being good intentioned in the way that I do feel that Van Achts organisational problems can be solved if there is a real desire by leadership within this organisation to take note and fix these deficiencies.</p> <p>I do feel very sad that my experience was one of such poor quality given the reputation that Van Acht has enjoyed for many years.</p> <p> </p> <p>A sad experience to be sure., and one which others should be very wary of when dealing with Van Acht</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Firstly let me compliment the professional service and staff at Store-Age Gilloolys near Linksfield. Both Hayley and Nellie are an absolute pleasure to deal with and the level of professionalism and service exemplary.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was just so impressed. Care consideration, quick turn around times to all my enquiries and requests were the order of the day.</p> <p> </p> <p>The facilities are spotless, and secure.</p> <p> </p> <p>If only all corporate companies hired and trained staff to this calibre. They did Store-age proud.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had 2 large storage lockers for a little over 2 months while I moved house, so although i cant see me using the facilities again in the near future i wouldnt hessitate to to recommend or use the facilities again in future.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for a great experience.</p>
<p>This company is involved in securing and confirming gigs for celebraties and big name entertainers.</p> <p>I dealt with an impatient and egotistical "consultant" by the name of Jean-Pierre. Through my interaction with him his impatient disposition and irrational and immature responses to my questions regarding their list of entertainers left me feeling quite astonished. </p> <p>The real problem here is the sad fact that this "consultant" acts as a broker for these big name celebrities. If they only new the level of service that this "consultant" offers their prospective clients i am sure they would be feeling quite ashamed.</p> <p>Happily I have a choice - I will not use this agency again nor refer them to my network.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
