Dear Woolworths Do you have any staff rules regarding the length of your cashiers false nails? Yesterday I encountered one (again) in Witbank at the Highveld Mall, whose false nails are so long she can hardly press the buttons on the till and battles to put the items in the bag. It is really ridiculous. They might think they look very fancy, but to us the customer it is a pain to wait for her to press the buttons over and over again because the nails are in the way.
This company has an excellent online store and service. I've ordered shirts twice this month from them (we are situated in Middelburg Mpumalanga which is normally seen as an outlying area for companies and couriers) and received the parcel the next day! Well done Jonsson Workwear, keep up the good service.
I absolutely love your Checkers Sixty60 app and deliveries, BUT I would like to bring it to your attention that in Middelburg Mpumalanga these drivers COMPLETELY DISREGARD ALL TRAFFIC RULES. They don't stop at any traffic junctions, simply drive over the four way stop streets at great speed! A few of them have been knocked of their scooters already. This is really becoming a huge problem in our town and I would like to ask if you can contact the Middelburg Mall Checkers branch management to bring this to their attention. Also please request that no exhaust modification be allowed to these scooters as it is a HUGE irritation to hear them driving around sounding like dragster vehicles.
I took out Dotsure Pet Insurance this year and was really pleasantly surprised with the level of professional service that I received. My first claim was processed speedily and I was kept informed all the way through the process. I would really recommend them as a pet insurer to anyone.
Useless useless useless service!! My international parcel arrived on the 8th of December. Still not cleared or moving. Whattsapp chat is just a automated response. Landline same story. Absolute worst courier service in SA.
I booked and paid for 5 business class return tickets to Zanzibar. On our return flight yesterday one of the seats was a normal seat. In a row of 3 people, the middle seat was supposed to be blocked but it was not. What is the use then of booking and paying for a business class seat? If I wanted a normal seat I would have booked and paid for it. My travel agent sent an email to FlySafair yesterday already, only to be told "the matter will be investigated". This is really pathetic. I feel that I have been ****med by FlySafair.
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I requested new medical aid cards in August 2023, only to be told it must be sent to me via the Post Office and be delivered to a street address (which in our area is a non existing service). I had to wait 6 weeks and if I don't receive it I can request for it to be couriered to me. Called again on 2023.10.02 to request it to be couriered. Followed up today (8 working days later) only to be told the delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks!!!! No courier has been arranged as I very specifically requested. Useless, useless, useless service for the expensive premiums they are charging.
I ordered a vinyl rug on 21 December 2021. After numerous emails, Whatsapps, unanswered calls I am still waiting for my parcel. Natasha replied on 5 April 2022 that she will send me the tracking number as the lady is off sick. Today is 6 May 2022 - no emails replied to, no Whatsapps or calls answered. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.
I booked a car with Travelstart and the money was deducted from my business account by Travelstart. The car was subcontracted to First Car Rental. I received 2 invoices from First Car for the fuel and tyre damage but they could give me a Tax Invoice for the deposit paid. When contacting them they said that Travelstart (CarTrawler) is the broker and they must give me a Tax Invoice. After spending 2 (super frustrating) days on email, Whatsapp and telephone calls CarTrawler still haven't issued me with an invoice, they just sent me a receipt. They say First Car must issue it and First Car say CarTrawler must issue it. What a joke! I have NEVER received such bad service from a car hire agency/broker and will NEVER make use of their car hire service ever again!! Useless and unhelpfull service at its worst!!!
