Terrible service,poor communication. I was helping my grandmother with her claim sent the documents and everything they tell us the person we trying to claim for isn't covered. My question is how does our documents say that we covered that person and they tell us a different story.They still failing to send us proof that we didn't cover our family,they promise to call us back but never do.now they don't answer our calls. I would never recommend anyone taking up this funeral policy with imakamu totally ****ming old people making them believe that they can help them but fail to deliver.

went to KFC KYALAMI PARK yesterday and I ordered all star box which at the drive thru it displayed as 72.90 but the cashier said to me the system says it's 74.90.. i am very disappointed that the advertising on the store is false and misleading customers.she further more said the prices changed a month ago but why is it that the store didn't change its display..this is not the first time this has happened I have encountered alot of issues with the store and I tend to give them benefit of the doubt but nothing seems to be changing if it's not the food that is not well cooked,it's the bad service we get there. why is it that they advertising is wrong and does not match of that the system is saying
Upon arrival no waiter was there, we has to get one from the bar, ordered our drinks and meal but unfortunately they didnt have barcardi for the mojito, my mushroom sauce arrived when I was held way done with my sirloin, Chips tasted like they used old oil, we asked for takeaway for my drink we could not bare the service by then did not receive one, we were served by yvonne who did not check on us while eating till finish, she brought the mushroom sauce minutes later asking her *** worker yo bring it by then, yvonne then demanded a tip and told us directly that we bothered her while she was standing there and give her a tip, she left after rolling her eyes and Still no takeaway , we asked one of the guy to help us which was fine and apologize on her behave, it just bothers me that nothing was right about new market tigers milk, we won't be coming back after receiving such treatment
Even though they were quick to respond to my quote and they promised to deliver within 3 days,it's the third week I am still waiting for the service till today
Surenin was so helpful and very attentive I loved the service and experience he gave me I would recommend him to anyone
They didn't hesitate to help me with through my accident claim they were fast and quick I would recommend them to anyone willing to take insurance
A Lady called Puleng was so rude she literally have us attitude threw out food over the counter just because I said I didn't want Ice in my drink and yet she still gave us the drink with ice after taking it what was she doing...I was so sacred to even eat my meal God knows what she did to that order I am so sorry this was the bad service ever Puleng fix your attitude that's not how you serve people honestly I am so disappointed at MC Donald Kyalami corner at this point
I truly want to find out how did they receive my banking details and debating money in my account and yet don't fail to give us answers when we call instead they hang up on us what kind of business is this I have never went to nu debt I had to even Google what they on about,it's completely nonsense for them to take money out of our account without our concern
Worse service ever,you literally have to beg them to get your results it's so ridiculous
