The manageress Surika Snyman from Lewis store , tried to have a relationship with my husband. She was sending him all lovey dovey whatsapp messages to him. I had my husband's phone as he was fighting for his life while she sending him all kind of sweet talks. Her voice sound like bass grater voice. As I then confronted her, she immediately deleted and block my husband's number. As I told her what I was going to do. This is very unprofessional for the staff and specially the manageress. This is discussed that this should happend. I need Lewis Headoffice needs to be in contact with her as she is not fit enough to be a manageress, trying to be involve in married mens live. She have a daughter, that is also from a married man, and he paid her a lum sum to keep quite, other wise his business will have a knick and his wife don't know that he have a daughter with Surika. If Lewis is not going to fire her, I will be putting in a claim against Lewis store as they don't train their staff properly and she was calling him fom the office number.
They are the biggest ****s ever. I have a shortfall on my hospital stay, now that they need to pay they stipulate it is not cover. How cant they cover in hospital shortfall. The keep on having different excuses why they dont pay. I wont except they different excuses.
Good day , i am a very unhappy customer. I have signed up with Supersonic in September and before the application coud have been completed they required a full months payment for October. I immediately did the payment as i was on the phone with the consultant. It is 7 days later and we still cant use the wifi and we have spoken to many of there consultants, and every one of them keep on promising that the problem will be sorted the same day. I will not pay them for the time frame that the problems still accurts. Why do the offer a service to the public taking there money but cant provide. I will not except this and i will not pay for the days without a service , we need to buy our own additional data that is costing a fortune, and i have paid supersonic specially because i need the wifi. I have given Vodacom a month and a half ago, i have resend Vodacom a calendar month notice for the end of August. Vodacom never cancelled the month to month contract and i have signed up with another subscriber that is given me the same service for less. The consultant called me after receiving my email and wanted to know why do i want to cancelled. I told him as from the end of September Vodacom will be R 799 while i had a new subscriber were i will be paying R 499. Vodacom deduct for September again. They did not release there line. I just called the billing department and according to them i have not cancelled my subscription. I have ask the consultant i needs his email address to forward him the cancellation emails. He was full excuses not to give me his email address, he than hang up on me. I have to pay 2 x service subscribers. What is my option i have work what they requested, and i did it

good day , i am so disappointed in this SCAM faulse policy that was provided to me. when i applied for the policy , i did instruct them what i was looking for. i am no medical boarded and i called them to submit the claim, and the operator informed me , the police is only for when i have cancer. my word i did not wanted a cancer police , i told the operator i needed a medical boarded lost of income and retirement policy. after paying all the installments i was given this news. this is a SCAM ripping off peoples money. i will fight them in court.
Good day , i am trying now for 2 weeks to get some documents from Miway life. I don't get any feedback , their is no contact number so everything i do is via email. Yesterday i went on to their website to apply for a new policy it wasn't 5 minutes and a consultant call me back. I informed her that i am not in need for a policy but that is the only way that i could get hold of them, she promise me that the documents that is required will be send via e-mail , i am still waiting. Every month they receive my payment , but when you try to get hold of then , no luck. Bad Service.. Regards JJ Atterbury
