Currently experiencing the worst customer service with Telkom. I ordered a device online (upgrade) and when the driver delivered the parcel I opened it because it was too light for a box that has a phone . The box only had a sim card so I sent it back with the courier. The courier has confirmed that they returned the parcel to Telkom and their system shows that when the box was weighed before being sent out for delivery it was very light indicating that it never had a phone. This took place on the 21st of October and Telkom has not said a word to me. Whenever I call in i get told this is still under investigation and there's no one I can contact directly so I have to keep speaking to different agents , repeating the same story with no outcome. This has to be the worst service ever!
I recently costed a GP within the flexicare network and I was told I have to pay cash cause this Flexicare doesn’t cover GP visits even though it’s listed as a benefit. When I call the reps, I get transferred around and the calls just get cut. This is a pathetic service provider.
I’ve experienced a really pathetic service with incredible connection - Sandton. I purchased a Mac with them and the charger wasn’t working, I returned it within two weeks and I was told I’d get it replaced but it’s been a week now and I’m without a charger, how the **** must I charge and work?? The call centre is just as useless cause calls get transferred and no one ever answers. I would not recommend them to anyone!
This is the best restaurant for a romantic treat! If you looking to have an intimate date with a loved one or trying to impress or charm then this is your go to spot with the best sea food and steak out there!
My line has been down down for almost 48 hours and nothing has been done. The service is pathetic. I would never recommend homeconnect through Vumatel to anyone that works from home You gonna spend more on data than wifi
Powered by Vumatel, your service is pathetic!!! I work from home and every ****en month I have to find myself without internet for at least 2 days cause your service keeps going down. Your customer service is just as pathetic because they never have solutions!! It’s always a scripted call where an agent follows a structure that is useless!! I don’t understand why I should pay full amounts for Wi-Fi that’s always done and still buy data to be able to work!
Worst service provider, every month the service light and broad band go off leaving me without internet for atleast two days. This is **** for someone who works from home and has to still be billed the full amounts everymonth!!
Back to their normal selves! Providing nothing but **** service and customer care. I’ve been without connection for two days and a call was logged with Vuma and Home-Connect! If you plan on running your own business or working from home, please stay away from Vumatel
I’ve had a horrible experience with A-Forbes This is now the 3month we going into where I’ve been waiting for feedback regarding my provident withdrawal and all I get is empty promises when I call. I’d never suggest A Forbes to anyone who has the option of choosing a different service provider.
Home-Connect is the worst! I wouldn’t suggest this provider to anyone. The internet connect is always slow if not completely down. The agents never know how to assist, they’ll leave you on hold for 5 min then hang up
