This company is the BIGGEST **** EVER, I placed an order on the 26th of July 2025, today it's 26th of August 2025, no order, no order number, they can't be reached for refund or commission. My number is 078 784 3837 and I want my money back.
******* service, they are quick to take your money and ******* service provider. I was promised updated communication within 14 days, that was 2 months ago. And when you call, you hold forever, and they don't get back to you.

I just had the worst experience ever and it has ruined my Christmas. They promised to deliver my chest freezer on the 24th December 2024, but they never did, and worst part is that when I call the warehouse to find out what is happening with my order, I was sent to a non existing service provider, and played me like a stupid illiterate fool. This is the MOST horrible service I've ever received from MTN service provider, especially being a customer for almost 17 years. I app**** for an upgrade, and it was processed and approved, then sent to DSV courier for delivery. And once again I have been pulled from one end to another, with no solution or even a clear explanation as to who and why was my order "paused", after it was accepted by the courier company for delivery. Now I have been calling both DSV courier and MTN service provider, with no resolution to the matter. My contact number 078 784 3837.
My name is Miss Sifiso Twala 078 784 3837 id number 8402260887088. I filled my returns when tax season opened in 11 July 2023, and submitted supporting documents. Then I received confirmation email and that my case will be finalized within 21 working days. It's 3 months full now, no communication from SARS as to how far is my case and why it's taking this long, because I am due for a refund from SARS. It's towards the end of tax season and nothing still from SARS. But if the tables were turned I would not even be writing this, the matter would have been finalized in a day or two the most. The nonsense service and ******* treatment we get when we do the correct things.

Like I said in my previous review, that nobody will respond to my review to try and address my issues. They don't give a **** about customer concerns, all they want is money. Nobody has contacted me about my issue and nobody will. My contact number is 078 784 3837.
