I am frustrated
I am frustrated the level of competency of this institution it is Zero . The account department is worse.I paid my year one and they refused to give me my results.I de register for year two due to financial difficulties they tell me i owe for the whole year

Poor service and poor Employee

Unprofessional period
Wow i have never dealt with unprofessional behavior and an agent who is rushing the whole process. Selling someone rotten apples because you know they are rotten but still involve my tenant to lie to your buyer I will not recommend anyone

It’s been really difficult dealing with Mancosa ever since I started they take long to answer and now I’ve paid and the statement came back saying I owe them I haven’t received my results their system is so poor t They are not answering calls like I’m tired
