Woke up to a call from 1 of their soo rude agents asking if I'm selling my property as they have a client who's looking at the area, meaning your potential client deserves my house more than myself since I'm black.... Like how do you go around calling and asking people if they are selling, where do they even get my contact details? if i am or will in future which i won't I'll advertise my property with respective real estate agencies

We asked a realtor, Mariska Hamel, to have our property sold, and she got us an investment buyer, we waited almost a year for the sale to go through only to find out, the agency knew the financials of the property was not good and did not disclose this to the buyer. In the interim Mariska got us a tenant she knew and trusted to pay occupational rent, later on the buyer pulled out and we were stuck with the tenant who now, we’ve come to understand, is under debt review and owes Mariska’s agency 20k+ in rent. We now are dealing with another agency and the property is almost sold, but now Mariska has taken this tenant’s deposit as payment for her previous debt to Keller Williams and given the tenant the second set of keys to our property. Making evicting her a huge problem costing us an additional 35k. Thank you Mariska for getting us a bad tenant to sort out your own back rent.

Poor service and poor Employee
I am actually fed up with this company and the employees i really don’t understand why am i being bul****. And the level of harassment i’m getting is totally uncalled for. The nature of this situation i am going to open a case against this matter

Real estate agent from hell .
Worst real estate agent to work with . False advertising on property listing in orange groove . After moving in she took our deposit and rent money . Promised to fix the property but never fixed anything. The plumbing was from hell . The roof was leaking and the painting was a mix match . We gave her complains but she is too busy to fix the property . After moving out she failed to pay back our deposit money . She is the worst real estate agent to work with . Will ignore phone calls and promise to pay your deposit back but never keeps her word.

Unprofessional period
Wow i have never dealt with unprofessional behavior and an agent who is rushing the whole process. Selling someone rotten apples because you know they are rotten but still involve my tenant to lie to your buyer I will not recommend anyone

Wow i have never dealt with unprofessional behavior and an agent who is rushing the whole process. Selling someone rotten apples because you know they are rotten but still involve my tenant to lie to your buyer I will not recommend anyone

worst experience
I bought a property through them and I still haven't received my house keys, they are involving me in the issues that have nothing to do with me, I am first time home buyer but I must say I had a horrible experience with them, this was supposed to be my happiest moment in my life but its actually the opposite.

I bought a property through them and I still haven't received my house keys, they are involving me in the issues that have nothing to do with me, I am first time home buyer but I must say I had a horrible experience with them, this was supposed to be my happiest moment in my life but its actually the opposite.

Worst Agency
I have been renting from MHRealty since June 2021 till December 2021. Prior to MHRealty the unit was owned by a different agency of which i am happy with hence i occupied the unit for 10yrs. When MHRealty took over the utility bills doubled, tripled you name it! I later asked Mariska and Angela for the statements for all the 6 months we occupied the unit. The response i got was ‘i am working from home i can only send them tomorrow ‘...? Maybe these utility bills are send via post hence I couldn’t get them the same day! They probably left them at the office. It’s almost a month later and i still haven’t received these statements. Prior to moving out this unit was CLEANED except a small part where the bed was sitting as I wasn’t around when the bed was moved. Guess what, this lady took R1100 from our deposit apparently this was paid to a ‘cleaning company ‘!!!! FYI: i asked for water and lights statements 3 times and i still can’t get them after paying for them every month.

Worst Agency

worst service from Percy Marsh
what a disappointment service from Percy Marsh who is a caretaker at the Heights complex in croydon, we have had no electricity since Sunday which i was told to contact the agent which however they were closed on Monday the agent responded saying we need to contact Percy we contacted Percy who told us he can only get electrician on Tuesday morning come Tuesday we are trying to contact he not answering his phone. this is the worst service i have ever received from anyone. i have kids in the house without electricity, they can't even get a proper cooked meal not to mention my groceries that are getting rotten in the fridges.

worst service from Percy Marsh
