I bought a Philips coffee machine for almost 9k under the guidance of their staff as I had no clue of which was the best and being my 1st wedding anniversary, my wife always wanted a coffee machine. I went to Hirsch's Centurion and was advised, based on our needs and expectations I provided to purchase the Philips Coffee Machine, even after I said wanted the Nespresso. The Philips machine was going on sale and the salesman, Vishal(salesman) guided us to those machines. over the next few days, found that it was not doing the things we were promised by the salesman it would do. I spent 2 to 3 hours over the next 3 mornings watching German how to videos, and many more to clean the machine as the service and coffee beans lights came on. At my wits end my wife told me this machine is not easy to use and why did the salesman point us in this direction when I asked for a Nespresso machine. I took the machine back to the store on the 3rd day of owning it. The staff and Vishal(salesman) tried to run their own diagnostics whilst we were there to then tell us it has to go into the service department. We spent a further hour trying to explain that we knew what we wanted but having no knowledge of coffee machines Vishal guided us to the Philips brand instead. Today(02/05/2024) after almost a week and a half at the service department, we got a call from the store saying they found coffee powder in the machine grinder, the machine takes beans and pre-ground powder beans. The manager then suggested we were to blame for this and when I brought up that it is simple enough to know you put beans here and powder there, and this is not what we wanted, she told me to hold and proceeded to cut the call. Honestly this is the worst brand and branch ever. We tried going to the store due to lack of comms during the waiting period to only be told that their phones were down, when I said that fine but your phones rang they did not know what to tell me. Vishal then said why didn't I WhatsApp him or call him directly, and I said that I don't have time to and I shouldn't have to, this is literally the worse first anniversary experience I had, all thanks to Hirsch's. BTW, still no call and the store has my money and the goods.
We asked a realtor, Mariska Hamel, to have our property sold, and she got us an investment buyer, we waited almost a year for the sale to go through only to find out, the agency knew the financials of the property was not good and did not disclose this to the buyer. In the interim Mariska got us a tenant she knew and trusted to pay occupational rent, later on the buyer pulled out and we were stuck with the tenant who now, we’ve come to understand, is under debt review and owes Mariska’s agency 20k+ in rent. We now are dealing with another agency and the property is almost sold, but now Mariska has taken this tenant’s deposit as payment for her previous debt to Keller Williams and given the tenant the second set of keys to our property. Making evicting her a huge problem costing us an additional 35k. Thank you Mariska for getting us a bad tenant to sort out your own back rent.

I recently upgraded my account to premium which entitles me to explore many of your fine services and gym establishments, this past Sunday i visited your branch in PTA, Eco Park VA at 15:15 in the afternoon and to my surprise it was closed, when i enquired about this people said the staff make up their own hours. i Googled the trading hours prior to my visit and you guys clearly state you close at 19:00 on a Sunday, the website even states this, i am completely upset as a result, and im considering changing gym brands completely. PLEASE FIX THIS.

I recently visited the cresta mall branch and received very poor service. On a normal day on a level of 1 to 10 and 10 being busy the branch was a 7. I waited with my fiance for 30mins after placing our order for the manager to come to me and say that they did not have the ingredients for my order, being a diabetic I feel it necessary that I need to eat on time and after being delayed the staff seemed less than sympathetic, I will never again go to calistos, I received better service from Mochachos.
