what a disappointment service from Percy Marsh who is a caretaker at the Heights complex in croydon, we have had no electricity since Sunday which i was told to contact the agent which however they were closed on Monday the agent responded saying we need to contact Percy we contacted Percy who told us he can only get electrician on Tuesday morning come Tuesday we are trying to contact he not answering his phone. this is the worst service i have ever received from anyone. i have kids in the house without electricity, they can't even get a proper cooked meal not to mention my groceries that are getting rotten in the fridges.
disgusting customer service from Chantal, i phoned to follow up on my delivery instead she tells me as per driver i am not available therefore i need to collect the parcel myself from their depot. i paid for delivery now i am being told i must collect it myself. after i have attempted to call their driver with no avail and sent emails to their office with no response. this is really disappointing service.
1st of February i placed an order 110323022 for delivery 14th of February on the day i got a message parcel was out for delivery but unfortunately never pitched up until i had to follow up with net florist only then i was informed the order is out of stock i will be refunded. now on the 1st of march i placed another order for delivery on the 5th and guess what driver just rocked up at the gate but can't find the parcel i mean wow how can you mess the same order twice in a row! what an embarrassment to myself and the receiver.
it is with sadness that i am writing another review within a week and still haven't been assisted, firstly had a problem with my collection getting done, after back and forth phone calls finally parcel got collected Friday the 29th however now nobody knows where it is. accordingly to DHL parcel but i spoke to the driver myself and with sender parcel was definitely collected. now i have no idea who to contact i am left in distress . can someone please assist me ????????
I booked a collection to be done from the USA, paid in full did everything, 2 days later I had to be told the collection will not be done because the person they are collecting from does not understand English properly. After exchanging few emails with Manqoba Mwendane who was a bit rude I am still left in the dark not knowing if my collection will be done or not yet I provided all the details they require for collection to be done.
I placed an order with them on the 5th of April for an LTE router till today I haven't received it. I have contacted them via their whatsapp number an felt with a guy by the name of Shane Piertese who told me the router was dispatched last week Tuesday but other than he can't give me anymore details as he doesn't have the tracking number from the courier he will only get it on Wednesday, which to me that is utterly nonsense I work for a courier company myself I know that as you dispatch the parcel you get the waybill which has the tracking number However in this case am given a run around I have tried calling their number my calls are being transferred and no answer until its hung up. All I need to know is where is my router as I have paid in full for this delivery but am left in the dark. Their service is shocking and until professional. Order number- 5627194259
i paid my account on the 31st of August via eft but my services have been cut twice already saying they haven't recived payment. i mean how long does it take for payment to reflect? from the 31st till the 9th they still haven't received payment? as if that wasn't enough now i just got sms that i owe R49.00 for late payment.
