I am deeply hurt and frustrated with the poor service at Boxer Kwa-Thema Branch. I reported an issue in May, and it’s now the end of October — still unresolved. Despite doing everything required from my side, I’ve only received empty promises and endless delays. It’s shocking and disappointing that a well-known brand like Boxer can treat loyal customers this way. The lack of accountability and care is unacceptable. I honestly expected better from a company I’ve supported for years.
It has now been three months since I first raised this issue, and to date, it remains unresolved. I have fulfilled every requirement on my end, yet I continue to be met with ongoing delays and unproductive back-and-forth communication without any tangible resolution. It is deeply disappointing and frankly disheartening that a well-established brand like Boxer would allow its customers to fall victim to *****, with no meaningful support or accountability. The lack of assistance not only reflects poorly on your customer service but also raises serious concerns about how much value is placed on customer trust and well-being.
I am writing again to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious and unresolved incident involving funds I transferred at the Boxer store in Kwa-Thema. As previously reported, the intended recipient was unable to collect the funds. When they attempted to do so at another Boxer branch, they were informed that the money had already been withdrawn. Upon returning to the Kwa-Thema branch, I was advised that the funds had been withdrawn from the same till I originally used, just a few hours after the transaction. This is extremely concerning, as the transaction was legitimate and intended for a specific individual. I reported the matter to the store immediately but received no meaningful assistance. I was advised to open a case with the South African Police Service, which I did promptly. I was also informed that CCTV footage would be reviewed to assist in the investigation. However, more than two months have passed, and I have followed up at the store several times. The most recent update from the manager was that the CCTV footage had been reviewed but has unfortunately been deleted. Till this day, my issue has not been resolved.

I was told CCTV footage would be reviewed, yet more than two months have passed without any update or resolution. I have returned to the store multiple times, only to be met with indifference. The continued lack of action and communication is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Boxer’s commitment to customer service and accountability.

I was informed that CCTV footage would be reviewed; however, more than three weeks have passed without any update or resolution. I have returned to the store on multiple occasions seeking assistance, but have been met with unresponsiveness. On one occasion, the manager directed verbal abuse toward me. I am now deeply concerned that the funds may have been ********ly withdrawn, potentially by a Boxer employee, particularly as my repeated requests to view the CCTV footage have been ignored.
Worst customer service ever. Got an email notification written my parcel has been delivered yet I didn't receive my parcel. I've tried to call so many times I've received no help thus far.
It is disheartening seeing that we won't watch Big Brother Mzani on dstv access and dstv family anymore. My only option now is cancelling both my dstv subscriptions.
