I had the worst experience on my uber ride yesterday.I requested a ride from Zambezi Junction to Kolonnade Mall and the driver arrived after a couple of minutes.On our way to Kolonnade his car ran out of petrol and he got out of his car and started pushing the car to Kolonnade.Imagine having to sit sit in a car while it’s being pushed.Along the way he stopped because he was tired.I had to hitch a lift to Kolonnade from a total stranger.My safety was compromised and guess what Uber did when I raised this issue with them? Refund me half of cost of the trip.That’s all they did after all I went through just to get to Kolonnade.
MiWay Insurance will find any excuse in the world NOT to pay your Insurance Claim. I recently logged a claim for an iron and an ironing board after my Nanny accidentally tripped the extention cord and the iron and ironing board got damanaged.I am comprehensively insured with MiWay insurance for my Car Insurance and Home Contents.I haven't had any insurance claim in the past 10 years.The first and only time I claim for home contents from Miway Insurance,I get an excuse not to pay my claim.I got a call a call from Solly from their claims department this afternoon advising me that they won't be paying my claim becuase the items that are damaged do not contain any glass.Is that even a reason to decline a claim? I need MiWay Insurance to cancel both my policies and refund me all my premiums since the inception of my policy contracts for both my car and home contents insurance.The refund must be processed by tomorrow Midday.They failed to keep to their end of their bargain and it's only fair that i get all my premuims back. I will also be lodging a complaint with the short term insurance ombudsman.

Good Day, I am very much disappointed in the way your appointed courier company is conducting their business and if you don't look into this with the urgency it deserves you will lose a lot of sales because of CCD. DDC sent me an sms yesterday confirming today's delivery between 8 and 12.I got a call from the CCD today just before 10 advising me that they are at my premised and I am not there. I advised the guy delivering my package that I am still at the bank but I will be home before 12.The guy advised me that he can't come back because he is at my house and I am not there. What kind of service is this? This is totally unacceptable & unprofessional. 1.The sms they sent me is not specific enough with regards to the time. I run multiple businesses and I can't be stuck at my for 4 hours waiting for a delivery. 2.I don't appreciate the comment the delivery guy from CCD made to me. He was not doing me a favour for delivering the package to me. The time that I said I will be home was still within the specified times they stipulated on their sms. CCD was paid to provide a service to Rain's Customers but they are failing decimally. 3.I had to call again and ask them to call the driver and get back to me.I am still waiting for them to call me back. 4.I incurred costs rushing back home to make it on time for the delivery. 5.I incurred costs calling CCD 2 times already. 6.It's been over 2 hours waiting for the driver to come and he has not arrived yet. I am in business myself and if this is the kind of service I will be getting from your service providers then I would rather cancel my contract with Rain. I won't be subjected to such poor service from a service provider. Mind due I will be paying that service. Kindly take this up with CCD's and Rain's Management and revert back to me.
