Ordered an Xbox last year March 2025 for my sons birthday in May. They have not had stock; I have every month sent an email asking where my order is. Then I was promised before Xmas and still nothing. NO response to my emails either. January 2026 I am told that I will receive my order in 6 to 8 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and I did a follow up email as it has been nearly a year and no stock. This morning, I get an email saying no stock once again and I can get a reimbur*****t if I want. Ridiculous that it's been a year and promises to turn into lies. So, no birthday present, no Xmas present. Ludicrous that this is what a supplier does.
SHOCKING SERVICE & FALSE ADVERTISING! Absolutely ridiculous, receive weekly emails on delay with ETA. Suppose it will only be delivered by Christmas if I am lucky, already missed my son's birthday in May and its now September and soon Christmas. And all I get is the same generic response every week which means nothing. NO OTHER CONTACT DETAILS TO LODGE A COMPLAINT OR TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. WORST SERVICE EVER! 2 emails ago I was promised an ETA. NOW NOTHING. AND SURRELY if you do not get stock from a supplier, you should start looking for new suppliers. FALSE ADVERTISING FALSE ADVERTISING FALSE ADVERTISING.
Do not order from this company. They do not send what you pay for, you can never get hold of them. Seems to be the trend with them, all the reviews seem to be the same. Promises made to send correct missing items and then no contact. 3 weeks have passed and still nothing, no response to emails. Seems they have closed their social media accounts also. Probably never get the items I paid for and also my money back. Really irritating as a buyer, I make a payment to the merchant or I won't get what I paid for. These people just take your money...and don't give a care in the world to give you what you paid for.
Ordered a new contract early December via online sale application. Approved, Account debited and no product dispatched. This is extremely frustrating, numerous calls, numerous escalations yet I still cannot speak to someone that can actually get my order to leave the warehouse yet my account is debit. Call center is great but I feel sorry for them as they must take the brunt of unhappy customers and cannot transfer you to the department or Manager to get your order out even after numerous escalations. It's a month and later and want my order...terrible online service sales.

The fact that you try to get money out of me for a so called online option that I apparently ticked yes to and now I must pay money for a service that I did not utilize is absurd. <br> <br> \1.
