1. In an attempt to call and find out about reception and parking procedure prior to checking in, no calls were answered 2. At reception which is basically a desk with a security guard, he could not pick up my prepaid booking 3. The security guard then required my pin and more documentation stating that they work on a different system The security guard was very difficult to understand due to his lack of speaking, understanding or grasping English 4. Judging by the fellow bystanders in the foyer and the area where the units are situated, I decided to first request to see the unit, which was denied. 5. I then cancelled the booking on the spot and found an alternative 6. I received a calL the following day from a gentleman requesting me not to give a bad rating as that affected his commission. He told me to call the same number I had called numerous times previously without any answer to request a refund. After numerous attempts, I was successful and was told that Booking.com must arrange that. Booking.com state that the accommodation venue must do that - hence no reaction from either at this point more than a month later.
What an amazing venue, restaurant, staff and views, Brookdale situated against the foothills of the Du Toitskloof mountain range offers the best of not only the Cape, but the world - hospitality, food ambience and all - you cannot wish for better!! Gary and Kiara have put an amaziong act together - it is a MUST see and visit!
Good day, so last year in March 2021, I received a call stating I had won Gillette products to the value of R750 to be collected from my local Dischem. They would confirm by email, but three months later I received an apology call stating that they were sorry about the prize not being awarded, reconfirmed contact details and yet nothing again. Towards the end of the year after a long struggle to actually talk to a person who deals with customer / consumer related issues, was told by the telephone consultant to go to Dischem and claim my prize. Ridiculous, as that implies anyone could go anywhere claiming a prize!!! I did however visit my local Dischem to inquire whether any email of sorts was received stating that a client had to collect a voucher to purchase products. That was the last word from the company, but also my last use of their products - there are equally good or even better alternatives in shaving u6tensils!
I have been with ABSA since 17 years old - the still then Volkskas bank. That leaves us with 48 years. However the branch in Wellington is pathetic to say the least. At most 1 teller, 1 at info, a branch manager and a business manager. For the last 6 months however my account is closed for RICA reasons at the end of EVERY MONTH!! Initially it was a bank issue with the person at info not leaving a "code" or password whilst on holiday in Butterworth. Next time round, a month later blocked again and reason was documents incorrectly or not loaded at all!! This has been going on for months now. At this point in some cases the manager could assist with the time to unblock being determined by RICA office. Now 22 days into April 2022, everything is blocked, no accounts paid, interest piling up on unpaid accounts and to say the least one is infuriated. According to the manager it is the Rica office. With the history of the bank being at fault initially who knows?? HOW CAN ONE ADDRESS THIS WITHOUT LOSING IT TOTALLY AND SWEARING, LOSING IT AND ATTACKING SOMEBODY IN THE BANK?
After an initial complaint was lodged with no reply, I attempted a second one and all was then dealt with speedily and effectively
I entered into an online contract and wish to cancel. Want to return stock and dont know where to. Only other option is to cancel debit order. How do you contact and who do you contact? All stuff still in box as delivered. A Mcer and what not more... Dont want it.
I was sold an online contract since May 2021 but when it arrived in December 2021, it was on my daughter's account, She has now been billed for an amount I cannot fathom how it was calculated. RAM to collect please ASAP. Will cancel my 32 year contract if this is not cancelled and RAM instructed to collect. I have 8 various contracts - cell and data - and spend on average R4500 p/m on cellphone bill. Tried calling in, but hold on forever with NO RESPONSE. Please reply to 0825754628 - Steven
