Think twice before buying a Jetour, I recently had a issue two weeks ago where my brakes locked and the car wouldn't start and had alot of warning lights on the dash. And while reversing my car the gear went out of reverse and straight to neutral. I took the car in and they said it was the vacuum pump and they replaced it and I bought my car late last year so its less than 1year old and on 8500km. On Thursday 21 May the car had the same issue again. This is a brand new vehicle and my life is in danger because the brakes can lock at any time while driving. I took the matter up with Jetour SA no feedback till today, and they couldn't even assist me with a courtesy vehicle as well. I regret the day I made a decision to purchase this vehicle as you never know when the issue will rise again. Even if the car is back I will be driving in fear.

I had a contract with Vodacom which ended in June 2022 and last debit order went through on the 20th June 2022 and the contract was then canceled, to my surprise in July I received calls from their Attorneys that my account was handed over HOW?? because the account was paid up, they realised their mistake and that was then reversed however they never updated my status on their system as a result my account has been handed over to the Credit burea as if I am in "arrears". I've sent multiple emails to this regard no replies, my number is now on prepaid and I am unable to contact their account/billing department and their contact centre is not able to transfer the call either. This is a huge frustration for me as my credit profile is badly affected by this. There is no communication from Vodacom either as to how much I am owing them if they claim that my account is in ARREARS??? I have Never not even once did I skip a debit order in the 24months only to get this kind of treatment at the end of my contract
