Cannot Optout if marketing campaigns!
They make it so difficult to opt out of their marketing SMSs. Nothing more frustrating. I’ve tried using their “contact us” method on the website and nobody responds, I’ve tried finding ways to opt out myself and was successful once but they continued contacting me even after I opted out. Honestly pushed me away from the entire brand itself, nothing more annoying than receiving SMSs constantly with something that just isn’t relevant to me at that point.0 replies

STOP HARASSING ME
I keeeeeep on getting calls from this damn number and today the RUDE girl on the phone told me they can’t remove my number unless the person they are trying to contact requests to change the number. How STUPID is this? How am I supposed to get the person to change the number if it’s not me???? You guys are irritating. Sort this out.3 replies

Disgusting service
I wouldn’t give this any stars if it was an option. Workers are rude, USELESS, and know absolutely nothing. They laugh at you, physically kick you out, and there’s nobody in power there to help. They prove their racism in so many ways. They don’t have numbers or answers. Worst experience. Avoid this place at all costs.0 replies

RUDEST workers!!!!! SLOWEST service. most PATHETIC customer service!!! They were of no help and blatantly ignored me. Especially the manager who I started explaining my complaint to and he cut me off saying “okay what do you want me to do”. I’ve grown to hate this store.1 reply
