Good day Kindly assist reguarding an issue we encountered at your offices in Durban for this trip detailed on the first email. Hloniphani was advised by one of your employees that there no buses for his trip, please invistigate this incident. However we never took the name of the employee. No care
My granny with Heart treatment left hospital twice without getting her medication. Yesterday the hospital lost her file and a new one was created after 4hours of waiting and was sent back cause they were closing, and same thing happened today. This is unacceptable cause everytime she faces the same problem with the service.
