Still no feedback after my disastrous engagement with Knysna VW & VW HQ. The only feedback I received after I connected with VW HQ was that I could only talk to Ziya Chaduca. She represents the MD's office and cannot help me, nor allow me to discuss my issues with someone else at VW HQ. I must phone the dealer and resolve the issue myself. Great customer service. Great vehicles, shocking aftercare. Beware of buying a VW and thinking it's a package of a great car and great support. The support and attitude of the client service people are diabolical.
Beware of being **********. We had a shocking experience at The Oyster Bix. The food came cold. Had to send two meals if six back to be heated up. The BIG issue When the bill came I entered a Total including a generous tip. The last two digits were 00.00. The waiter entered 88.00. He cleverly added. R 88.00 to the bill. The restaurant manager and food and beverage manager are in in the scheme. They were all over me when I asked for the GM’s contact details. Beware.
The food quality and selection is diabolical and cold. Coffee machine does not froth. The coffee is cold. The tables are dirty and have previous users stain marks on them. When I talk to bidvest, they suggest I should talk to the manager 🙈🙈🙈🙈. I’m the manager who sets the standards. All that will happen is the dear staff will get a lashing. But no coaching. Bottom line. Go to the slow lounge or somewhere else. Avoid Bidvest.
Booked flights from Frankfurt to OR Tambo in August to fly 26 September. Arrived at Swiss Air counter at Frankfurt airport to be told we were bumped off the flight as they had over booked. They worked out us on standby, if there were no shows we worked be allowed on. The cheek of it. You book 45 days in advance and get chosen to be bumped off. What an arrogant bunch of unprofessional people. Beware of Swiss Sir.
We were at the Upington Spur on Saturday 27th June 2022. What a dog show. We had to clear a table to sit down. The ordering of drinks took about 10 minutes. The delivery of the drinks took two trips to the manager. They arrived 30 minutes after ordering. Only then would they take our main order. It took over 90 minutes to get delivered. Quality was awful. Wish I knew how to add photos. I took photos of 6 tables outside where we were sitting which were not cleaned. The place is disgusting. My vote, never go to a Spur.
