On 21 April 2024 I made an order for Homemax 50 Litre Sensor Smart Bin for R579.00, on Snatcher. On 09 May 2024 I was informed that the price is wrong and I will be refunded. I provided banking details as I did so many times in the past. They always promise refund in 7 days. I am still waiting for payment/refund. Snatcher is now having my R579.00 for 4 weeks and is earning intrest on my money. If they delay such transactions/refunds of say eg. only 1000 customers, R579,000.00 of our hard earned money are earning interist for them.
Snatcher ensures that you have a very bad shopping experience. Deliveries takes a long time (many weeks) and still items are not delivered. Then they promise refunds within 7days (it should only take 3-4 days). Now I am waiting more than 2 weeks for refund (20 days). Importing items from "Temu" is cheaper and deliveries are less than 2 weeks and you always receive all your items.
I ordered an washing machine on 08 March 2024. I was glad that I received an message that my order is out for delivery on 09 March 2024 from Makro Wonderboom. I stayed at home to wait for the delivery. When the delivery did not arive I phoned the delivery driver’s phone at 17:14 to ask when will they deliver and another person told me they will call me back. At 18:14 I was called back informing me that they only have a parcel for me and not the washing machine that I ordered. I was told that Makro Wonderboom gave them the wrong parcel and that they will collect the washing machine tomorrow morning 10 March from Makro Wonderboom and deliver it to me. So I waited and at 12:00 Makro delivery phoned me asking to deliver on 11 March. I explained that I for a family that does not have a washing machine and that they need it urgently and the reply was that they will make a plan. Again I waited. At 16:57 I phoned the deliviries and he said they were looking for a driver when he left. He then said I must phone the shop and provide me with a number, that didn't work and only to found that Makro Wonderboom closed at 14:00 (3 hours earlier) So I stayed the whole weekend at home, waiting for a delivery from Makro Wonderboom. I will think twice to order from Makro Online Shopping in future.
Communication is very good as Tumelo Ramashala was very helpful in all requests.
This is the worst **** online shop. Do not believe positive reviews!! I am still waiting for a refund since January 2023. The Director begged me last month to delete my bad reviews on WhatsApp and per telephone. I did delete bad reviews but again no refund
I ordered and paid for goods last month. No order details was received and and the items were still in my cart. I **** another order and paid for it. Again no order was created and items was still in my cart. The payments was excepted by Snatcher but no orders was created. I immediately reported this to Snatcher with proof of payments. Snatcher said they will refund me, buy now it is more than 4 weeks there is no refund. Feedback on emails has stopped.
I ordered a cellphone January 2023. I still did not received my cellphone. Positive reviews for Oukitel Store PTY LTD is false reviews. This store is ****mers and even report that I received my phone on review sites. Please do not fall for these ****MERS!!!
For the past 18 months I ordered from Takealot and the service was very good. On the nearly 50 orders received I did not receive 1 item that was not delivered. I only remember 2 items that was not in stock, but it was reported in advance. Takealot is the leader in online shopping. Thank You.
After Oukitel Store scammed me to purchase from them on 13 January 2023, and they didn't deliver, I requested a refund in line with their refund policy. The kept on with delaying tactics. On 6 February they responded, "I'll give you your tracking number latest tomorrow afternoon, can be today." still nothing happened. On 10 February I replied "Hello, again you are ignoring me, and I will continue with an campaign to discredit you and seek advice on a way forward." They replied "Your refund can be processed, however we have noticed your reviews." I replied "You really did not gave me another choice. I am desperate and will try anything. You are not fair and is just giving me lies!!! Tell what must I do, I will beg you if it will help. They reply: "Noted". On 14 February I communicated again "Hello, what is the way forward? Anger is creeping back to me and I need to know what I must do." They didn't answer my question but responded "We don’t think is a good idea run around all over internet giving us one star, the best possible way is to communicate with us. I did reply that I will start a dispute process, but they didn't reply.
