Complete incompetence
I have had no bad experience with Finchoice they helped me a lot but now that I want to close my account and get a paid-up letter from my Finchoice Mobi account I'm being sending from pillar to post and phoning them is a nightmare. The options they have does not even help because you have to choose an option of which you know won't bring you to the correct department and then when you state your case you are being transferred but then the line dropped. I have sent an email requesting the above and I got the complete wrong information. All I'm asking is give me my information that I'm looking for then I'm out of your hair. For now, I will give you a one star until you resolve my query correctly, I will definitely change the star.

LUNO unresponsive
I have been trying to get hold of LUNO and till today I have had no response from them. You open a request but nothing from them. I want to withdraw my money to my bank account but for some or odd reason they have blocked my account. Really pathetic from them

She does not have a Facebook profile there used to be a lot of reviews that other people had written that she is the best but that seems to be not the case anymore. Trust me you won't get your loan just a lot of frustration and financial ruins.

Amazon customer service - No good
I have been trying to cancel my account that was *****ulently created by using my email address. There is no way to get in contact with Amazon via their customer services. All the email address that are available is of no use. It seems that these places is only interested in sales and not attending to people's problems that they have with their accounts

They are the biggest ****mers and I hope that people will read reviews on Hellopeter before getting involved with them. Samuel or Sam from Culture Value is the biggest *****ster on this planet. He took money and when you enquire about the pay out of your loan then it is only empty promises. I would not be amazed if his cell number also is changing. I wish there were a database where you could list all these *****sters
