Im not even sure where to start with the Drs of this hospital. Firstly the nurses did a great job not much to complain about them my anger is with Dr Shobe!!!! My gran ma had a mild stroke she was supposed to go to a rehabilitation center, Dr Shobe was supposed to write a letter to the center so they will accept her, next best thing Dr Shobe says my gran ma didnt get a stroke but the MRI says exactly that so I dont understand. Then he discharged her at night and the family only got to know in the morning. He was in contact with my mom and the understanding they both had was that my gran would go to the rehab center. None of us actually know what Dr Shobe looks like, we have never seen him. The communication between him, the nurses and my family was really bad. 3 days passed and we didnt know what was wrong with my gran ma. We live far away, and my sister would go there everyday, the nurses still couldn't communicate what the Dr had said, no notes were writtenin the file. I am very disappointed in this so called "PRIVATE" hospital. Never again will you see us. I want to take this up with management too it is unacceptable
I needed help with payment options and Kamogelo Motheogane came through for me. Although i sent an email a while back i wouldve appreciated if they got back to me sooner. But they are thr best service providers for internet, I have had no issues with them at all.
My mother withdrew r2000 from a Capitec ATM in Witbank, the money didn't come out but was deducted from the account. She enquired inside and they told her they'll investigate, that went on for about 3 weeks. Investigation came back clear no wrong findings of the ATM and she will not get her money back. They gave her some number to phone and see if she can retrieve the money herself. To say that I am disappointed is the least, how does that even happen in today's time. Why didn't they check camera to see if the money came out. There are always complaints about Capitec but this was the last straw my mom is definitely changing banks.
Shoprite Mayfair is the worst store to ever shop at. Firstly the managers there dont give a damn about customers, secondly they are aware that it gets busy at a certain time but every day there's only two cashiera or three cashiers out of 7/8 tills only 3 operate which is ridiculous. The staff there are ruse as hell as if I sent them there to work same goes for shoprite Newtown Junction so many tills but only 2 operate. I don't understand is it a shoprite thing or what. Please train your staff and get them in order it's very frustrating to be standing in a line for 30mins where as there are other operating tills available.
For the past year with King Price Insurance I have had nothing but excellent service... I had a review done on my policy twice and I must say I am very happy. I wish I insured woth them sooner. The call center agents are always helpful.
My husband has two contracts woth cell c one for him and one for me, we've been paying our account just to find we are being double billed for a mistake that is on cell c side. A payment wasn't taken by the system hence the double bill. All along I I couldn't understand why we were always overdue amd getting threatening messages to cut our lines. Than a clever me went through one years statements to realize we have actually been over charged because of their mistake. Now no one can tell me how to solve the problem. Collections department is forever busy. I'm don't worh cell c. They keep escalating the problem till who knows where because no one gets back to me.
