Metrofibre have been unable to resolve my intermittent internet signal on FIVE occasions now! They give you a "ticket" but nothing ever gets resolved. They appear to be technologically ***********. It is also impossible to get hold of them on the phone and when they answer they invariably drop the call. Without a doubt the most frustrating private company I have ever dealt with.
It is very difficult to get hold of them on the phone. You can wait for over an hour until they answer. Then they give you a ticket number which never gets resolved, I have received four ticket numbers now and, three weeks later, they have still not resolved my intermittent service. It's like dealing with Telkom-very poor service and even worse attitude.
Service is beyond the pale! On each and every occasion I book my car in for a service there is ZERO communication from the "service" agent. One simply does not know how the repairs are going or how long they will take. The average stay of my caron each occasion is three days, often more. Worse, the "service" agent never returns calls. Even worse, the service agents are rude and unapologetic. Stay well clear of this dealership.
Excellent service with well-trained customer facing staff. Prices are very competitive and upgrades are often given without even asking. They have really taken over from Avis as the industry service leaders.
BA6211 from ORT to Durban has been delayed twice today and is now scheduled to depart TEN hours later. Trying to change the flight is near impossible. The call centre people are useless and it takes an hour for them to answer. I cannot see how they can ever come out of business rescue with this kind of "service". Almost every single flight on any given day is either cancelled or delayed. Never again!
