CHARGING FOR SERVICE NOT DELIVERED
This internet service provider switch off my internet because I missed the payment, suspended it for 4 weeks , after I paid it up to date , a week later they suspended it again and demand full payment for the time it was suspended . IT'S ***** !!! , HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME FOR SERVICE NOT DELIVERED !!!

The screen on a inverter that I bought at M.A.L. Batteries whent blank, after I returned it, if I'm lucky to get hold of the salesman, he give me a different excuse every time for 2 months now and then no response again from he's side again

Unfair charges after service was terminated
VOX Account number 17521494 My internet was cut of by the service provider on the 13th of December 2021 due to my first late payment , after more than a year and a halfs month- to- month use . After I payed them prorate for the 13 days of December 2021 , they kept on billing me for months after that . I find this behaviour unfair to charge me for services not delivered to me , after they cut it off.

Hagen Jurgen from Remax Independent Port Elizabeth required my service as a Electrician to repair and Certified 4 houses , More than a year , no payments , and he ignores my messages and don't answer the phone . Very Very Bad Service
