I wish i could give a Zero rating for pathetic customer care. Firstly the agent sent to work in the Benoni area could not full knowledge of the product. I was then passed to someone else after 3 weeks of the visit, with an email. The person that assisted me was new and i was passed on again. This time I was nameless as the agent never call me by name, just went straight for details. Then from there i was told my installation could not be done as I stayed in Benoni and they were in Elandsfontein, but on my contract, my address is there in full. The agent goes on to blame it on a so called portal. I cancelled my installment. If the installation is so pathetic, i can only imagine how there services will be.
Yesterday being the 11 December 2024. I walked into PostNet Lakeside. Firstly the assistant at the entrance seemed interested in assisting. I did not have data and asked if they could help, but was just told that Lakeside has free WiFi. The assistant at the front said they don't have WiFi in the shop. The assistant at the back said she does not have password. I had to go to Panarottis to get assistance and come bk. You guys need to be more helpful instead of just telling customers url can't help. End of the day url need our business. I won't be coming back and so will my business and others. Pathetic customer care
These owners from Pizza Perfect Vorna Valley, dont even know the meaning of customer care. You guys don't even follow up on customer complaints neither do calls get emailed. I know for sure that you guys are good for eating customers pizzas that could not be picked up on time. I still never ger a refund or a call mas to what happened to my food. Its my food i paid for it, but your staff say it was thrown out. Why, would you guys even do that. There should be a minus rating.
Today I had the opportunity of speaking a Rain Specialist by the name of Brandon Pillay. From the time I answered the call, Brandon showed professionalism on the call. He made me fully aware of the product and what it entails. I told him I did not want the payment to go today, as there was no funds. Brandon tailored made a deal to assist me. He never rush for banking details, he even asked if I was clear with everything. Took me through each step. Thank you Brandon and I know you going places with that mind set. Keep pushing, the hustle never sleeps. Well done team Rain.
My btother ordered food on Saturday 22/10/2022. It was a a sausage Mc****in and hash brown. I was still in bed when the food arrived and he went back to his room after he received it. We Normally check our food but was tired. I got up refreshed and ate my breakfast. However when my bro decides to heat his food there is a bite mark that is on his Mc****in. Is McDonald's now giving us left overs from other customers. We ordered via uber eats,but thd driver can not be blamed due to the fact that all bags have a tape as a seal. Drivers would get caught if the seal broke. So now we have this saliva exchange on the bun. Don't know what other contamination is happening at the back. We could not get no assistance from the store or uber eats. Big franchises don't care about all this. People will just look at this review and ignore it till it happens to them or someone important. To hell with this filthy service... I rather support local.
Today I ordered a pizza at Debonairs Pizza located at Midway Mews which is in Midrand. I placed an order at 20h02. Approximately at 20h29 the cashier comes and tells me that there are no pineapples. I asked her howcome it takes you almost half an hour to notice the store has no pineapples. She never reply but asked for another option. Then there was some commotion going on between staff. Nobody was at thd front to check if orders were ready. There were other customers upset aswell. I got home to realize that my double stack had less cream cheese and the pizza was dry. We only got our order at 20h45. This is pathetic service. Plus the you just get a blank look when you ask questions.
