What **** are you now running, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding an outstanding balance that Ithemba Property Management claims I owe, despite my timely notice of moving out due to financial constraints. As a former tenant, I comp**** with all lease requirements and communicated my intentions to vacate the apartment well in advance. However, upon my departure, I requested the return of my deposit and was informed that it would cover unspecified costs, which I found unclear. Additionally a few years back, after experiencing a delay in rent payments, my electricity was cut off, and access to my building was restricted without prior notification or discussion regarding my lease situation. I have not received any communication from Ithemba Property Management regarding an outstanding balance until now, when I learned that my case has been transferred to legal representation. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as I believe there has been a misunderstanding that needs to be resolved amicably.

I wanted help from them with my debts but I wanted to know more about how they could help me when they explained to me what they could help me with I wasn't interested in their services. but they put my name under debt review. they are full of **** they have masse up my life more than I even could imagine.

Hollard device insurance
Hollard insurance is not supporting customer complaints when I lodged a claim with insurance they want to be s****-fed all the information. I had one issue that was not resolved. I complained about their complaints and it was not resolved. they are now avoiding my calls their system is not picking up things.3 weeks up and down claiming for a simple phone.

they didn't bring back the whole of my deposit they charge me for things that is not my problem. the key money they didn't bring back they charged me for cleaning while I cleaned the place and I left it. they are criminals,

they have bad customer service and they don't care about their tenants. I left there weeks back I haven't got my deposit yet. and they are liars and thieves, they say one thing and do another.
