I wrote a review concerning my experience and they promised to follow up within 48 hours and they did not. So am done with Capitec. Am just going to close my account and stop using capitec because their service is nonsense
I have a condition that burns my skin cells and my the app required me to do a picture authentication, and it couldn’t recognise me. I was asked to go to the branch mind you am sick like bedridden still I went to the branch and in less than 5 days the app is not working again and I must go to the branch again, it is so embarrassing I had to send a WhatsApp of a picture of me, showing how I look. I literally had to be carried to Capitec and now I have to be carried again? Mind you am paying for a special transport since I can not drive nor go to a public transport in this state.
They got us into a group chat unknowingly asking us to review about the place and they will pay us. That says a lot about their company so go there at your own risk most reviews are paid people.
I wrote a review am about my bad experience on the Dstv router, I was called and told that they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and am still waiting, I got no help no reference, they just took my money and made me over spend by calling them. They are the one’s failing on their contract yet when I want to counsel I must pay for the it so according to them they took my money and still want me to pay. Multi choice is a *******. I still would write and not stop writing bad reviews until I get help because DSTV is taking costumers to be money machines

DStv does not care about their clients and agents are not helpful but rude. I have spent more than R300 on airtime fixing the same issue with their router and internet service but they just fix it for an hour then they block it again. The least they can do is sent the internet team over to check what is wrong with this thing. Very disappointed in their service, when I cancel I must also pay when it is them failing on the contract 💔

The worst it has been a day without network and everyday the network is problematic. Am thinking about moving to Vodacom or Telekom month end. They do not even answer calls. The only thing they will tell you is to take ur router outside and wave it and that does not help one bit. You pay the full amounts and you get poor service
So forwards month end rain gives me problems, they do not answer my calls and they blocked my number when I call it jst ring once then goes off. The whole day I have no internet. I wouldn't recommend this internet provider because they forever have problems, that are fixed for a small period of time then boom again
Failed to assist me and they blocked my live stream because, I was reported that am a minor. Which am not I emailed and made an appeal but that also failed
