The Investec App has deteriorated exponentially. Login times increasing, requires app to be killed and re-login 90% of the time, payment portals "hang". Expect more of this establishment in this regard.
It's been more than 6 weeks since Superbalist erroneously collected a Mareth Colleen top (not a Superbalist item). Now they refuse te reimburse because I don't have the invoice BUT...they cannot return the item either after sending a photo of the top proving they have it. Neither Zain, Neshaat or Danica (the junior online fashion assistants) assigned have been successfull in solving the matter after 34 emails over 1 month... The options are simple in order of preference 1) Return the top in your posession 2) Buy a new top 3) Reimburse me.
The exceptional healthcare provided by the esteemed veterinarians is offset by the ill-mannered and rude caucasian receptionist that was working today at 7am.
Takealot collected the wrong item (earphones) after we requested a return (of a faulty hoverboard). The earphones were ordered on a different name, takealot profile, order nr etc...) Takealot has not returned the earphones to date. 30 days and counting...Responses given are unanimous and monotonous since day 1"we are contacting the warehouse". The (correct) hoverboard was subsequently collected and exchanged, but the earphones have vanished...

Horseriding school that insists, and reports you to debt collection, if you fail to agree to pay for a 6 weeks notice period post hoc, even if their services are utilized on an ad hoc basis. Owner also traumatised our children with verbal abuse.
Chases "debtors" without checking facts. Ignores contractual agreements between complainants and "debtors" when attempting to recover "debt". Acts on hearsay, based on what their clients beliefs are, without verification. PRS & Associates contacted me on 20 Jan 2022 for "debt" collection for the period 14 Jan- 28 Feb 2022. Failed to note that I never had a contract with Cadence Equestria (operating as Copitronix Toshiba) and the fact that I utilized their services on an ad-hoc basis. When indicating, courteously that I won't be utilizing their services as from 14 Jan, they insist on a notice period of 6 weeks. PRS threatens with blacklisting on 18 Feb, also insisting that I pay 6 weeks notice (14 Jan-28 Feb) notice. Dispute lodged, reporting PRS& Associates to the ombudsman in 20 days if they fail to apologize and withdraw unsubstantiated claim
