DSTV ARE DAYLIGHT ******S
I am so angry with DSTV. They sold me a lie when they sold me a streamer. I want to cancel but they are refusing. Their website says I can cancel before 7 days passes if I am not happy with the product. I received on Monday and 7 days hasn't passed and they are already running from pillar to post and they want me to pay R400 cancelation fee. THIS IS DAY LIGHT *******!!! I just spoke to one of their agents Thembeka who refused for me to speak to her supervisor/manager. She told me that they are in a meeting. I want the proof that they are actually in a meeting. Also she hung up on me and refused to transfer me to an agent who will assist me.

Terrible customer service!
Just came from a hungry lion at Sam Ntuli mall and when we got there there were no customers. We placed our order and customers started flocking in after us. All the customers who ordered before us received their orders and we had to wait close to 30 min. We got there at 12:00 and by 12:25 we requested for our refund. Thekr customer service is bad, they did not even apologize for the delay instead they seemed irritated by the fact that we requested for our refund. I would understand a wait this long for a full store but the store was empty.

If I could give a business 0 stars I would. I received terrible service from an employee at GEMS Braamfontein last week. She was too busy and her responses were truly condescending.

MRS SCOTT
There is a new teacher at Glenvista Primary who teaches Grade 1. I have never been so happy about a service like I am with hers. Her name is Mrs Scott. She is hands on and treats every child like they are her own. She never gets tired of my questions when it comes to my child. We work hand in hand to make sure that my daughter is okay. I have seen great improvement when it comes to my daughter. I really wish she can teach my daughter in grade 2 as well, that is how satisfied I am with her teaching skills. During school holidays my daughter tells me that she misses going to school because she wants to see her teacher. I am very impressed. Mrs Scott, I would like to say THANK YOU. Keep up the good work! Glenvista Primary School has a treasure in you!

Great service Mr. Courier Guy!
I have been sending parcels in the past month using The Courier Guy. Here is what impressed me with their service: 1. They are extremely cheap. I needed to send an envelope overnight to Umthatha from Johannesburg. I contacted other courier companies and they quoted over R800. I then opted for the courier Guy and they charged me R218. I was shocked and impressed. 2. My parcels arrived way before the specified/promised time. I have never been so impressed by service delivery before. Big Ups to them!
