Poor service
pathetic service from Standard bank and Aramex couriers. i cancelled my debit card only to find out that they also without my consent cancelled my credit card, this forced me to go into a branch re order a new credit card, this was done. I have now been waiting for more then 3 weeks for my new credit card, every time i phone its always with the couriers, when you phone the couriers they know nothing, the tracking number doesn't even come up, but yet the couriers tell you they have been phoning you for the delivery but there is nothing on my phone and no i don't have your number blocked as so many of you have told me. i am highly upset about this can someone give me answers please!!!!!!

OUTSURANCE JUST LOST A CLIENT
WHAT BAD SERVICE, I WANT TO SWITCH TO OUTSURANCE BUT THEY WANT TO DISCUSS BUSSINESS OVER THE PHONE WITH ME, I HAVE SEND A 12 PAGE DOCUMENT TO THEM WITH 7 DIFFERENT VEHICLE ON AND HOUSE CONTENTS, THAT I WANT INSURED BUT STILL YOU CAN NOT PUT SOMETHING ON PAPER FOR ME.. A SIMPLE QUOTE ON EVERYTHING MENTIONED ABOVE..

WORST BANK EVER>
Worst bank ever, how can none of the staff at 3 different branches not fix a secure 3d scan and OTP that doesn't come thru for any online purchases?? none of your staff can help with that and instead they change the bank pin and tells me the problem will be fixed....its still not fixed and its going on 2 months now. Im happy to say that the thousands of rands that goes thru you will be going thru another bank as im going to close both my accounts with you very soon.
