Don't join unless you will use this service often. Terrible process of trying to cancel subscription through the only contact line with long hold times and dropped calls. Finally helped by a helpful assistent but couldn't refund money already paid even though I tried to cancel in the trial period. ********* to make it easy to join but difficult to leave!
Thank you for wonderful service. Management were gracious to repair for free an inverter I had damaged through my own fault. Candice went out of her way to ship the unit back. Thanks again
Not bad service. Have yet to claim and will rate that too. But not impressed with the almost spam nature of communication via email, especially misleading headings forcing you to open marketing mail! Please change or remove me from marketing updates!
Our Defy F580 side-by-side fridge packed up. While the support staff were friendly and helpful, apparently the company no longer manufactures the circuit board (FR-S580CGS (M)) which is faulty meaning the R17'000 fridge is destined for the dumps. I find it unacceptable that Defy does not continue to provide adequate support for their products from a parts/components availability standpoint. The staff (Luvuyo) even went to the effort to try to have the circuit board repaired but this was not possible. It is Defy's lack of product component support that makes me wonder if it is worth paying extra for a name if it is not in fact an investment in the long term!
