I withdraw money from ABSA atm or even a cash send, Never receive the money. This is the third time in only a few months. The money is deducted from my account, but no cash. Good luck to get hold of anyone. Try to lodge a complaint.. Haha. You don't get thru to anyone to. The numbers are useless. At complaints, they just pick up the phone and let it lie there to listen to the people talking in the background. I have been a client, private and business for many years, but this is enough. If this is how they need to make money by *****ing mine? At least if you could talk to someone. Pathetic, typical africanacity or something.
My house was recently destroyed in the fires in the Western Cape. What a nightmare. I am insured with Discovery, now with such big claims there is always an issue, not with Discovery. They handled the case with utmost care and compassion. I had no issues what so ever with the claim. Well done to the team of Marsh and the Discovery group.
Be very careful when choosing Discovery insure, you pay premiums for years, and then one day you are required to do a pre inspection with an App that does not have the options. The call centre is useless as always, they put the phone down in your ear when they don' know how to help. So I have been paying for years and did not actually have cover? Will they give my premiums back? I don't think so. Like all Discovery products they keep changing the terms so often that after a few years it is not even close to what you began with. This is probably why an average Discovery policy life i less than 4 1/2 years, then the clients see what is really going on.
I withdraw money from an Absa atm via cash send, the atm just rebooted with no money. I lodged a complaint which the would have resolved in 7 days, well it is 2 weeks later with still no answer. How difficult can it be to just do a recon on the atm or check the video footage. Phoning the help line is like phoning a brick wall. Most of the departments they transfer you to does not exist or the phones don't work. This is the most useless bank I ever worked with. Been with them my whole life, but it is clear incompetence has taken over here as well. I am on the verge of closing all my personal and business accounts with these useless ******. There are much better options out there now.
I have been a Rain client for many years, and always had good service. The last few weeks, the network is useless. I pay for a 30mb/s line but are lucky to get 1.5 to 3mb/s. I contacted them and they just said they see there is a lot of trafic on the tower. Like it is my fault. I don't pay to hear there is trafic on their tower 800meter away. The lady that phoned me was probably using a phone on the Rain network as I could hardly hear a word she says.Pathetic. There are a lot of other options if they don't sort out their network fast. Fiber is already in my house, so one call and I am gone.
These people are ****mers. They say they have stock, and after you paid, you wait weeks. No feedback, no contact. It is almost a month now still no product. Stay away from them. They should be locked up for ***** if you ask me. They don't answer the phones.
I rented a vehicle from Avis Centurion. Returned it on time, checked and signed in. Now they cannot repay my deposit. After numerous calls to the call center, giving the branch my banking details 3 times in writing, personally, they just do not know why they cannot repay my deposit. This is such an incompetent company. Hiding behind call centers to avoid giving back you deposit.
Bought a laptop, received it with the wrong rating charger. It did not have the Office2019 installed as per the add. It crashed the moment I started it for the first time. WIndows is completely broken,cannot even run its own fault finding, cannot do updates, cannot install any programs as it requires the updates before I can install my programs. I did not even receive an invoice for my purchase. Maybe I should give a recommendation to SARS about this one. Be very carefull before you do business with this company. Seems to be a bunch of chancers.
