This morning my pick up at 6 Indwa Place was cancelled and then Uber could not locate me at Kloof Village Mall I paid R44.00 which because of pick up issues was much more. I am not happy
I have recently started using Uber. As a result I need to add my bank account details. Using their present system I reach payment method then credit / debit card but NO Bank Account Details Uber needs to change their system to allow adding bank account details
I am a regular shopper at PicknPay Kloof. I purchased PicknPay Muesli Rusks which I found to be tough and tastless just like PicknPay Buttermilk Rusks. I contacted PicknPay but received an acknowledgement but no response to my concerns. I feel that PicknPay is not concerned with customer comments. I am now buying my rusks elsewhere

Two numbers used 0836321261 and 0792942085 have been rejected by Vodacom as being invalid. My current number is 0737707010. The Vodacom shop at Kloof has been unable to assist. Email to support at Vodacom has achieved nothing. I don’t know what to do!
I must confess that I don’t know what to do. Applying for an Older Person’s Grant is so difficult. Your requirements are always changing. I visited your Pinetown office earlier this year. I was advised that I should make application online. This has proved impossible. I keep getting asked for a “ pin “. I have changed my cell and thought this was the reason. Trying to change my cell number from 0836321261 to 0737707010 online and in person has not been possible. I wondered how does Sassa know my cell number if I have not yet made application? I visited Pinetown office again. I was told that there were no “ Appointment “ vacancies until some time in July. Very strange! I was also told that Sassa now required a new affidavit. This relates to why I am only no, long after the age of 60, making application. I am now 86. I only retired in 2013. Good day. Let me repeat for the umpteenth time. I made a purchase of R224.94 with Woolworths Delcairn on 3.1.2025. Instead of a delivery the order incorrectly recorded “ collection “. The order was cancelled ref. 1662781978 the same day. My Capitec Account is 2321438491 and ID 3811035066080. Woolworths sent a cancellation letter to Capitec on the 16.1.2025. Good day I have been a customer of Woolworths for many years. This is the first time I have used the online delivery service. I did not select collection at Delcairn Centre but delivery to 6 Indwa Place Kloof. However you decided I should collect. I cancelled the transaction 1662781978. I have been with Vodacom for many years. Since getting the app I have been able to easily check my data and airtime and if necessary buy more. That is until recently when Vodacom has made changes to the system which means that it is not easy to check for example my data and buy more if required.
