If there was an option to give you zero stars, I would. This is what we’ve come to now! Reinstating bogus subscriptions. I received an sms on Monday saying my debit order would be going through yesterday. WHY??? Because I canceled my Dstv account in 2024. I take my time to call in and Lydia says I called in on the 20th of May to reinstate. WHY would I do that in the current economic climate!!! It is said that I spoke to a Constance to reinstate my subscription, I need this call recording ASAP. I need Mondays call recording with Lydia as well where I was promised that this bogus service has been canceled. And I need my money back in my account TODAY!

Between Game stores (Boulders) and Russel Hobbs, I am not sure who is doing me dirty. I purchased an iron in May 2022 and in January 2023 it was giving me issues. I have made up to 6 visits to the store and the iron keeps on being sent back to me with the same fault. My time, diesel and efforts and I am without an iron. No value for the money I paid. The service has been appalling

Where do I even start? If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. The service, or should I say lack of service from FNB is absolutely appalling to say the least. Of all my interactions with the representatives of the bank, nobody inspired any confidence in the information that they provided. A simple task of amending a debit order date on my home loan has dragged from th 29th of December to date! Nobody ever gives me a clear response, there is so many inconsistencies within this bank. Even when I wanted to close my credit card account, that as well dragged on for over a month. It has to take me throwing tantrums before I get any attention and then when I do get attention…oh well it’s nothing to go on by. Is this the kind of service that you give your customers?????!!!!!
