Very poor customer relations and don't value their clients They up your premium to 4 X higher that the inflation rate without letting you know... with no additional benefits added with higher premium... Then when you phone them, they only say no they did send it... Or you can log a complaint... But don't bother to log a complaint because they just ignore it... Waited 2 weeks after logging a complaint with no feedback and no feedback on my follow up mails... Just do yourself a favour ignore One Plan and find an alternative Insurance Also, a higher premium for what... Because I don't; abuse it... Oh, gee thanks. One Plan can go and fly a kite and go skate on the ice
Don't trust Aramex to deliver your Parcels as promised... Yesterday they were out for delivery with my Parcel, and I never received it... Then at 5pm when I wanted to follow up I see the Driver say's he was here but nobody at home... Even thou I was at home the whole day... O but of course the Driver won't try to phone me II mean why would he want to do that it's too much of a hassle... But I saw firsthand how the Aramex Drivers operates... The stop in the Street... Hoot once and off they go... No waiting or anything... They probably expect us to wait on their Drivers outside the whole day... And don't expect any response from Aramex when you log the complaint on their website... Trust me rather use another Courier Service
Take a Lot is definitely not about Customer Service... I ordered an Item and paid additional Delivery fee to have it delivered the next day... Next day came no delivery... with the excuse of Vehicle breakdown... But why didn't they make another plan... My order was then only delivered late the second day... Not even a priority was made to deliver t=my order early the second day... No why will they do that... They mos have the money so why do they care... I logged to 2 calls regarding the above... Guess what no response... If I could I would rate Take a Lot - 10 Stars... I can't wait for Amason to get bigger in SA because I'm definitely not going to stay with Take a Lot... One thing their name suits them... Take a Lot... They take a lot and no giving

Worst value for money. Their large chips is other places small chips and then you pay almost R70 for it... Day light *******... And then the food is cold... Never again... Fish Aways = Stay away

Takealot never again... Lost faith in Takealot like the Government... Believing and trusting Takealot is like trusting in the Government Takealot... Ja name is correct... They take your Money and don't deliver... Nor refund... Just like the Government.... Take take take but no service And go to their website... No Contact Information.... So they definitely not in to delivering a Good Service
