Makro Germiston advertised using a sign on sale items (jerseys) which read - take a further 20% off. At the tills the supervisor refused to apply the further 20% off and said I should pay the sale price. I requested to see the store manager and she didn’t want to call the store manager. Very poor service at the store
********** service..do NOT use this bus service. Bus had mechanical issues and the call center continuously **** that there is traffic along the N3. One agent Kelebogile hung up on me during the call. They claimed to send a back-up bus which only had 3 open seats for more that 30 stranded customer. Bus scheduled to arrive in JHB at 16:30, still broken down with passengers 95km from JHB along the N3 with no communication or means to get to their respective destinations by 19:29. Julia the supervisor said she will call back before 18:30 will information on alternative arrangement. No call has been received from her as of 19:31. DO NOT use this bus service. The experience is distasteful.
Keep away from this circus of a business. Poorly managed my rental property. Don’t ensure rent is paid to landlord on time. I had to contact them numerous times to enquire on rent. They keep more than a month’s rent for finder’s fee for bad tenants that recurrently pay rent late. Poor service from Thando Sithole. Don’t use this agency.
I bought a defy solar hybrid fridge from mhcworld in Pretoria in 4 Feb 2022. That fridge did not work following its connection l. I took it back to the store after a week. The store refused to take it back and refund. The matter was referred to defy. A technician can out mid March to check the fridge which has a faulty compressor. To date no feedback has been received from defy. I have spoken to Ishmael and Thato/Mbali regarding a refund through Cherryllee from MHC world and still the faulty fridge has not been collected nor my money refunded.
