I am extremely disappointed with the service I received while trying to join the Momentum Ingwe medical aid option via Bloom Insure. I submitted multiple callback requests and made repeated attempts to get assistance regarding joining the medical aid, yet no one has contacted me. There has been absolutely no follow-up or communication from Bloom Insure. This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional, especially when dealing with medical aid applications where timely communication is essential. I was actively trying to become a paying member, yet the lack of response shows a complete disregard for potential clients. I expected far better service and hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed urgently.
DPD Laser has been nothing but a disaster. My Puma order was handed over to them promptly, yet delivery dates are continuously promised and never met. I was told my parcel would be delivered on 12 December and it wasn’t. On 15 December, tracking showed out for delivery, which again was a lie. Today I received a message saying delivery was attempted and that the courier would contact me. This is completely false. No courier came to my address and no one contacted me at all. Your tracking updates are misleading, your communication is dishonest, and your service is ***********. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially during December when people are waiting for their orders. I will never use DPD Laser again and will actively warn others against using this courier.
When I walked in, both staff members were on their phones and didn’t greet or acknowledge me. The person who eventually assisted me took almost 40 minutes to post just two packages because he was busy singing and dancing throughout the process. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating to watch while trying to get a simple task done. Definitely not the kind of service I expected from PostNet.
Absolutely Pathetic Service from Pargo I am beyond frustrated with Pargo’s shocking level of service. I sent a parcel which was clearly labelled and tracked with a waybill number I’ve provided multiple times—yet the recipient received the wrong item. I’ve had to follow up constantly because no one at Pargo communicates or takes accountability. To make matters worse, I was told I would receive a follow-up from an agent, which never happened. Employees have given me conflicting and incorrect information, and one even claimed they were waiting for the recipient to drop off the wrong parcel—which she already did. Yet the correct parcel has still not been delivered. I’m left chasing after a resolution while being passed from one unhelpful person to another. The staff are useless, and the service is absolutely pathetic
I ordered food from the store the first time and they did not deliver or even bother to call us as they couldn't find the house. The second time we ordered, we had guests over and the food arrived more than an hour later hence we canceled the order. There were two recent incidents, one occured last week where I had specifically requested a card machine and the driver did not show up with one, he had dropped off the food and returned over an hour later with the card machine. Today I had placed an order and I requested a card machine again and the "store manager" had requested that I do an instant money before the driver arrives as there was no signal on the card machine. I told her that I would not mind doing the instant money after I had received the order and she refused and told me about previous customers. The order was also supposed to arrive at 20:30 and it is now 21:15 and the order has still not arrived. The person who had called me today, I think her name was Mpho but she was very rude and screaming on the phone. There are many people who have had problems with this particular store and its unacceptable but we but we continue to support them as they are the only store in the area which do deliveries.
