I’m really frustrated with Nedbank personal loans as for the month of December 2025 they double debited my account without my consent, they said my would be returned/reversed back to my account within 2 business days and now it marks the 3rd and not reversal has been done, the funds that were in my account were to accommodate my other debit orders, but because of them my other debit orders were dishonored and my account incurred charges and left my account on a bad balance and also affecting my credit score and putting my name in bad books/bad credit. What’s worse their consultants don’t even have empathy, it’s not their problem they don’t care of the damage caused. It is just sickening that a big bank like Nedbank can do such a discrepancy on their client’s accounts. :( :( :(
Boxer Senaoane really needs to up their game with hygiene, customer service, and source of urgency. I went to buy lean beef mince and what I saw was very disturbing, pork chops we left on trays not plastic wrapped and flies were having a party on the meat. Then it’s the customer service slow moving queues and supervisors not attending tills when they’re called, they walk slowly and don’t even greet when they get to counter. Really bad service.
I’ve recently done an upgrade with MTN of which things went smoothly, but the when it went to DSV for the package to be delivered they couldn’t deliver and when I called DSV they had the correct address which they said it wasn’t correct, until I phone MTN to assist and they confirmed my address with DSV, when they had to deliver they said they had issues with MTN devices and they couldn’t deliver on the 12/04/24 and it was rescheduled to the 15/04/24, came the 15th I had to call in to do a follow up again if the delivery was gonna be done and they confirmed, later on the day I received a call advising my that the driver was hijacked and my package was part of the whole unfortunate and that I’ll be contacted in the next 3 to 4 working days, when I contacted DSV last Thursday, they said they still waiting feedback from MTN and the lady who assisted wasn’t too friendly and was so eager to finish the call. Today it’s the 23rd April 2024, no one from MTN or DSV has bothered to contact me with an update on what’s going on and it’s rather frustrating now not knowing what’s going on.
I’ve been struggling with Vodacom online department, I have an upgrade that was cancelled with them, the phone was collected and still to date Vodacom hasn’t reversed the charges every month I’m struggling with money debited on my account and having to reverse it cause of them not doing their job of cancelling and updating my account with them.
I have recently done an upgrade with Vodacom that had a contract amount and after the upgrade was done, the contract amount has changed, I have been sending emails with no luck of response or a call from them.
