I ordered my Corkies yesterday and they arrived today even though they give a 15 day delivery time for free shipping. I have a pair of Birkenstock which cost me R2 600 and these are identical. Thank you Freestyle Leather. An extra bonus were the pink laces in support of cancer. Exactly 4 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer so a big extra thank you. Fortunately I am in remission.
I ordered from them for the first time yesterday. Delivery was scheduled for today but I am due to go out at 12 am and let them know this morning. My items have just arrived ahead of me leaving. Service is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this company. Prices are good, service is great and so are the people who delivered. Thank You!
I used to believe that I was really fortunate living in suck a well managed town. That was then. It is nothing less that pathetic. I have been waiting since mid July for them to replace a street
You cannot speak to anyone as their only support is Whatsapp. This means that you cannot even send them an email regardless of your query. You will end up being transferred from one person to the next with a waiting time that is beyond your wildest comprehension. It took 3 hours to query my account which was only resolved on the following day via WhatsApp. Signing up with them is one of my biggest regrets.
On 18th March I placed an order with Woolworths. On 30th March I emailed Woolworths to ask how to cancel the order but did not receive a reply, My bank informed me that the amount to Woolworths had not gone through. On 6th March I respond to customer service feedback email stating that I had received no customer service and that I wish to have confirmation that the order is cancelled. On 8th May I receive an email saying that my order and payment is being processed. On 10 March I received and email with the invoice to say the order is being processed. This morning I phoned Woolworths and basically was told that the customer services is currently closed and they were open from 8am to 7.30pm. I have been phoing from 8.05 am until now - 8.21am. This is the last time I ever buy from Woolworths online. To add insult to injury, I unpacked my red peppers I had bought yesterday and found one rotten in the pack.
I do have a Rain pay as you go sim card which has not caused me too many problems. However, I was thinking of dumping my ADSL line until there is fibre in my area and getting Rain 24/7. It seems they are totally disinterested in responding to a question. Twice I have sent them a message and it has gone completely ignored. I even have a ticket number for one of them. If this is their reaction to prospective new business, I'd hate to know how they treat existing cusomers. Will not dream of changing to Rain from my limited ADSL
I have a Telkom Landline and a pre-paid Sim-Sonke (Telkom Mobile) cellphone.
By accident, I purchased via internet banking, a prepaid landline voucher instead of topping up my mobile phone.
After trying to enter the voucher number, and phoning Telkom Mobile I was told that it is not for a mobile but a landline number. They cannot refund me.
I then phoned Telkom landline accounts to enquire about getting the money transferred to credit my Telkom landline bill. After 3 departments and half an hour of repeating myself in between holding, I was told that I could not be helped on the phone but that I must please visit my local Telkom shop.
Last week they closed my local Telkom shop. It will cost me over R100.00 in petrol to get to my nearest Telkom shop.
I have a serial number and voucher number and proof of payment yet Telkom seems determined to make it impossible for me to get my money back
I am not asking for the cash, but to transfer the amount to my landline account . It is shocking that the bank has no fail safe in place, and that Telkom has no policy but to keep the money regardless.
Shame on Telkom. Close the shops and then send your customers to them.
