Best kwikspar you going to find thus far friendly staff All round from the bakery lady's to the cashier's evenz the manager's all round 10 and above ✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨ ✨⭐✨⭐ s they always ready to help and assist with a smile on there face well done owner for keeping your staff happy
So I visited this store now tonight after popping in every 3rd day to do my shopping I usually check whats dated on the sell by and speak with the manager's and they reduce it to half the price on its sell by date,not only this store but all the other kwikspar managers does this,I now tonight encounter 1st time encounter with a new manager by the name lisa they have a whole lot of things dated on todays date she tells me very rudely no we dont do that stuff here we only half it tomorrow when its expired I told her politely you can ask all this staff in this shop when it's on its sell by date the managers always..! Half the price and re tag all dated stock with a smile on there face but this Lisa manager is very arrogant I told her I'm going to report her for what she's telling me that they only half the thing's when it's expired,she outrite tells me I don't care you can do what you want to I'm not scared go ahead and report me,a whole big argument Infront of other staff as a witness on my complaint and customers,this lady is not suited to be In this position very 1st ever encountering such problems for over 2 year's she needs to get in check,she thinks she's the owner of this store so yes to whom this may concern you have a rotten apple in store i suggest you deal with issue sooner then later,I hope to get some positive feedback from the owner regarding this complaint Kind regards : Z.PARKER
So I visited this branch PEDRO'S LONG STREET about 4 times and I've noticed there's 1 specific lady by an unknown name as No1 in store wants to give me a name so, I can have this matter reported to the owner and make him aware that there is a rotten apple in his store and 1 rotten apple in the basket makes all the others rotten as well. as I have a business of my own and customer service and respect is of utmost importance, so this lady that hands out the food she outrite ignores any1 and every1 that says hay.... My orders over there could you please pass it on she doesn't have a care in the world for any of your customers,I sat there waiting for my order on all the ocations that Iv poped in,and I hear around me is people complaining that they've been sitting for 1 hour with no1 bothering to bring there food even if you call them they dont take note of you as a customer,so dear owner this rotten apple is rubbing off on your other staff get her in check and get her to wear a smile on her face that's welcoming,she's outright rude arrogant and doesn't care who says what type of person,this is very bad for business your food quality is 10 out of 10 but service from this specific lady is 1 out of 10 please correctify this matter for your own best Will and to create a happy welcoming vibe.
So I visited the iqos kiosk in Cavendish square two weeks ago and was not Very welcoming by the 2 lady's on duty that day I laid a complaint with the complaints department of iqos explaining what transpired I was then emailed back and forth with the department and was told we would come to a best resolution to resolve this matter, up until this day no resolution has been met,I'm beginning to think the whole department is in lax mode and do not care for its customers I have been an iqos user for many year's since day one,and i will be moving over to vuze as there whole department is set for customer service at its best iqos is definitely loosing the plot and the goal they hopeing to reach I strongly suggest to avoid iqos Cavendish square, and you will be wasting your Time evenz laying a complaint to the iqos department
Customer service sucks..!! 1 Guy specifically. acts like the prince of Africa huge attitude ask for a quotation and still waiting to receive it up until today,I bought R20K worth of stock last month gave him a R40 out of my own good he was not happy with that and thus the reason I never received my quotation second time around so this guy,is at work working for tips only doesn't give 2 ****s about the owners business,I walk in there yesterday again to get the quotation, his laying to the back on his chair no respect whatsoever first thing he asks where is my drink and that I'm a cheap guy can't even buy a drink loud for every1 to hear He doesn't even make any sense He gets paid to do his job and render a service not look for hand outs by customers Owner please teach this guy some morals and respect So I call in the next day the lady in the office gets another salesman to help me by the name of Ismail I'm still waiting for him to contact me with my quotation
