I am lodging this complaint with a very heavy heart, deep disappointment, and growing frustration. A PAXI Store parcel, handled by π SKOOCH COURIER, was dropped on 28/09/2025 at Highveld Mall PEP Store, with the destination clearly indicated as: π Destination: P5691 β PEP HOME Alex Mall π¦ Parcel Number: D534023310236 π Courier: SKOOCH COURIER π Estimated Delivery Date: 11 December 2025 π Tracking: https://ury.io/lcvZba As of today, this parcel has STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED. What makes this situation extremely painful and unacceptable is that the delivery date passed long ago, yet there has been no proper feedback, no accountability, and no urgency from PAXI Store, PEP, or Skooch Courier π. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, customers are entitled to: β’ Timely delivery β’ Transparent communication β’ Accountability when services fail None of these have been honoured in this case. A parcel cannot simply be handed over to a courier and then disappear without explanation. The emotional stress, inconvenience, and loss of trust caused by this silence is deeply disappointing. I am now formally demanding: β’ Immediate tracing of the parcel β’ A clear written explanation of what went wrong β’ Confirmation whether the parcel is lost β’ And appropriate resolution without further delay Customers deserve respect, dignity, and reliable service. Right now, this experience feels like my concern is being ignored and dismissed, which is heartbreaking ππ. PLEASE treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

My Complaint to to service provider 2week ago: Hey. My name is Floyd Mfolo And my ID NO. I have a complaint,I noticed a trend where every at least 2 weeks of my connection signal is very poor and this been going on for the last 2-4 months monitored. I am very disappointed in the quality of your service as I am not failing to pay for the service. I am even experiencing the same problem as I m texting this message.This is so frustrating as I work from home and I under perform due to this matter. I would really appreciate it if this matter is taken into consideration and maybe resolve as soon as possible. I am writing this review with a very disappointed broken heart. I have been with TELKOM FIN-RITE Insurance for the last 7 Years and I must say,I have never experience what I am expecting now with TELKOM ADMINISTRATION PLUS. Itβs been a full month since my claim but to this day I havenβt received any feedback. The only email I received was from Ethel-Jean Pekeur informing me about the verification regarding my submitted document. Iβve been calling back and forth without any help. Can this be resolved PLEASE.The service is very Poor.
I am now on day10 since I received my faulty OUTDOOR Router that wouldn't connect.I spoke to 90% of the intire company's call center and the servce is immaculate. The Networking department Lorenzo Chetty would get back to me every after 4days via email asking if I am still experiencing the same issue π and I would wait for another 4days or soo..I am so helpless at this point.I am truly drained π’. Paballo is working on the matter at this stage,she's promising to do her best on this matter. π I will just cross my fingers.
