I was happy with cartrack about 2 years having them, I saw the reality of selfish of the this company when I sold my car I wanted to cancel the tracker, firstly I wanted a cancelation fee they worked out for me while I was waiting for a bill I saw a debit order that I didn't even authorize, well called them to get a clarity they told me stories I did not understand i reversed the amount of R929 they debited, I called them again for a bill of R1200 something and honestly told them that I reversed that about they debited, I paid cancelation fee the whole amount but when I get paid on the 20 th of October 2025 they went again debit the R929 but this time blocked that debit order I called then asking my refund they told me it will take 7 to 14 days not even an apology for taking my money without my concern, well I waited now its a third week still they haven't pay my money, I know their job is to make money but *****ing of my money I did not this it part of their job, on top of that they **** to my wife when she wanted to install the tracker on her car I allowed her to use them but I see that they are ****ers now. Its been 3 weeks now my money still not refunded .
I was applying for a data so Nthabiseng called me like a person who is willing to assist, she asked my documents I sent them but poor part that she is lacking with is to give feedback that was last week Thursday today is Thursday she hasn't provided and feedback I don't mean I need a positive one if I'm declined I should know because she processed a debit order but no data no feedback instead she giving me miss calls where it's just ring for a second and dropped. For me it's my first time to receive a poor service like this 🚮🚮
This is the only supplier that I trust and I like their product and they look after their client very well
They failed me and I hate their service my car was over heating then I paid all necessary fees they charge me but on top of that they were breaking my thing I costed about R2500 amount of things they broke, they did not end there they lost my key and do a bakkie key whit completely not match to my key on other side my car was having a lot of issues after they change top I took it to other machenic who just listened on it and new what they did wrong . There I tried to get hold of the management but they refused because they know the damage they cause in my Vehicle. I DONT KNOW THEY DONT CLOSE IF THEY DONT WHAT THEY ARE DOING FOR WHOLE 2 MONTHS I DONT HAVE A CAR THEN THEY BRING ME SOMETHING I DONT EVEN RECOGNIZE MXM
I booked a for Tuesday 03/09 but my car was not serviced what is worse is to get there around 7 am then my car went to workshop around 1 , come out around 3 pm and they told me that they don't have air filters and oil filter my car was supposed to be done major service but instead I was told to comeback without any apologize and considering my time I spent there plus my fuel from Mount Frere to Mthatha is a distance but no one tried to even apologize for my time there or any inconveniences that they cause because I was supposed to be at work instead I just drove there for nothing
