DISRESPECTED BY GOUDINI SECURITY
To whom this may concern. Please note that I will be going to every social media platform there is out there with what me and my family has experienced. Your security guard that came over to me today disrespected me in such a way that I even felt threatened, my father and brother had 2 camping sites, I had a rondawel and my brother had a Slanghoek villa. We planned and booked accordingly to make sure we had enough space for our entire family. Your security guard came to my place wanting to know where my brother has slept because no one was in the tent before I could explain he disrupts me and says there will be a penalty to pay and my brother needs to report to the office immediately. With the way he approached me infront of my family I felt very disrespected, just to find out that the ladies in the office just wanted to check up to make sure that everyone is doing OK on that plot, while your security guard threw in to mine and my father's face that a penalty will need to be paid. Vacation that stressed my entire family out is what it was. Was it because of our colour is what I ask myself that he felt it was okay?

Incorrect item delivered!!!
Today I received my order from Takealot, I purchased a Samsung a55, a cover and a screen guard. Upon delivery I received a box with the cover and the screen guard and a laptop table and no phone!!!!! I purchased this for my wife's birthday and now they have to log a return and I have to wait for them to collect the item they gave me wrong and then they will evaluate it and then only I will get my phone I purchased my wife. How stupid!!! I did not make the error you did but I have wait and disappoint my wife with no gift!!!

Worst Company and Customer service
I have had the worst experience with homechoice on many occasions, billing queries that they themselves can't figure out where they had to credit me in the end and now I had to purchase a stove twice first one was returned for *****, second time I waited 10 days then they returned it again I don't even want to know why, I just get an automated response delivery will take up to 10 working days then it gets returned how fascinating!!!!!

Over Paying due to their Billing system
I don't know if it is there staff that are *********** or if it's just their billing system that is not right. This is the second time where a product I have been paying off has been settled, I finally got through to someone the last time who realized I was right and credited my account but now they telling they haven't received payment for those months that they needed to credit me. How funny can you be honestly!!!

Scam!
I invested money in to a capitec account that was a scam and haven't heard anything back from capitec. Just shows how easy it is to use capitec accounts and allowing people to get away with scamming people using capitec accounts. My bank is waiting on recovery information for 2 weeks! I worked for a bank for 5 years I know how these things work!

SCAM
I invested money in this company believing it to be legit and then lost all at the end I have a logged a case at the police and made logged a fraud case with banks. IT'S A BIG SCAM!!! They use the interface of a bit coin app and stole the logo of a company that exist in USA. Fraudsters!
