MTN poor customer service
MTN is quick give you the latest contract deals but is very slow in their customer service 🤷 I've been waiting a month on credit refund 🤷 it's a new month already, they continue billing me wrong🤷 after numerous phone calls trying sort out my billing, still no communication ☝️ , a number reference numbers from customer care and billing department 🤷 who do I speak too🤷 MTN is a faceless company 😱 this MTN is like ANC government☝️ no accountability 🤷 they have *********** staff, empty promises 🤷 you pay for poor service delivery 😔

MTN **** artist!!!
I took the double deal, Huawei 11.5 cell phone with the free SIM but now they charging me R429 for the past 3 months!!! I've been phoning their billing department to rectify their incorrect billing.I have been phoning them for the past month and got different reference numbers saying that I have logged the call. The consultants have been saying, they are going to credit me with in 7 days and yet another month have passed with the incorrect billing😡. The say a numerous customers have complained and that have taken the same deal. They say apparently, they going to do mass credit 🤷 but in the meantime they still billing me the incorrect amount 🤷, which means then, we you have to wait another month for another mass credit 😡. MTN have very poor customer service 😔 None of consultants are helpful, empty promises. MTN is just a name, faceless company without anyone 🤷 that can really assist you 😱 I must keep on reversing my money and pay bank charges, MTN charging you penalties not of your fault 🤷 your rating is dropping while they making millions 🤷. Never take a contact with MTN and hiding there additional fees, dishonest service provider 🤙🤙🤙

MTN Richards Bay store con artist ☝️
I recently upgraded my MTN cell phone contract as I am corporate client with MTN for just over a decade.They had a new double deal black Friday deal at the Richards Bay MTN store, two Huawei nova 11.5 cell phones, a iPad with a free SIM card plus 600gig. I upgraded earlier so I knew there was going to be, an extra cost which I knew that would pay👍 but when the first billing was R3560 in December, the new contract was supposed to be R1076 and the additional cost of R600 because the early upgrade 🤲 when I enquired about the new deal billing, they were billing me for the free SIM card 😱 when I requested for a break down of the billing , I discovered that I am paying an additional R642 for data package which I initially cancelled in 2022 inside their store as it was a 2 year contract that expired in 2022 of R299 but due their consultant's incompetence it was not cancelled and automatically increased to R642😱 No one at the store could find out where this amount was coming from🤷 MTN is a dishonest company with *********** people 😱 they lure people in with cell deal but they up robbing people 😱 their staff in accounts cannot assist you in anyway🤷 neither consultants at stores and their customer care services 🤷 what a nightmare to deal with 😱 they escalate your complaints to heaven☝️ never ever take contracts with MTN 🙏 worst experience dealing with *********** staff ever😱

Poor customer service from Makro Cornubia Durban KZN
I recently bought a monopoly ultimate for my daughter 16 December 2022 online Makro Cornubia. They apparently didn't have stock but informed later that they would refund my money. It's two months later 🤷 I phoned them on numerous occasions but still no refund. They apparently escalated the matter but still no refund 🤷 They have very poor customer service, their emails apparently full, I don't have any alternative to phone their consultants, email their customer care. I don't recommend anyone buying from them online, it's seems our complaints falling on deaf ears 🤷. My money is floating in their finance department 🤷 lies upon lies from their consultants 🤷 it's takes 30 minutes to reach any available consultant to get no action from anyone 🤷

Numerous citizens of Empangeni fell prey to criminals ar Shell garage today.
Standard Bank ATM card fraud, it's the worst ATM you can draw money from, recently the ATM at Shell garage Empangeni, numerous people have been scammed from the money by criminals, their money has been withdrawn from their accounts while standing their by criminals without their knowledge by other ATM's , how the criminals are doing it with devices getting the customer's details and transfering money from their accounts, while they are helpless,not being able to stop it before it's too late 😭 this technology of Standard bank is so easy to fraud, they investigate but can stop it from happening to thousands of customers. It's honestly the worst bank, I will most definitely close my account with them. Their systems are flawed in protecting old people from being scammed from criminals.

Twaddletrading.com a complete scam🤦♂️ just purchased a generator for R11700 , still waiting on delivery. I just wish these scam artists can be brought to justice.
