Very poor service - Bought online the router for 269 up and download. paid the prorata en montly intallment - called 083 135 several times ,they just keep saying call customer care.... but there is no option to select its been 5days and no router was delivered. Absolutly *** service , wish i never bought the damn thing ,should have gone to RAIN
I have requested for 3 months now that the damn thing is cancelled ,yet they try and deduct my account every month , i want my account back up with no arrears ,pay my banking costs NOW ,peace of **** place .
Where to start, spoke to several people ,kwena , melissa, pearl and Heindrich, all empty promises. Wow this company sucks,!!!!I will never even think about investing funds with this **** place. My dad is retired and sooooo many promises of his payment NEVER done. I hate the words during the day or tomorrow morning I promise you sir. Waited 9 days for a tax directive, management escalation and just poor service with empty promises, my dad can just Aswell be living on the street, Since October 2024 till date nothing. Seeing all the reviews I wish I can take my dad's funds away really you guys are BAD. I can't understand how you guys still have a license to invest and handle money. You should be ashamed of yourself and be reported to the ombudsman. Fit and proper requires you to be honest and act with integrity, you have nothing of that.

O my word - worst company every. RAIN debited my account for the last 2months , and now stating that i should wait for a possible refund. I would never ever recommend rain to any one. Called in 5 -7 times with the consultant cannot answer any of my questions. Very poor company

OMS!!!!! I get spam calls from this company every day looking for some one I don't know.... I have lied saying that I am the person , I have told them its not me more than 50 times..... Yet this company still calls everyday , I spoke to a manager requesting that my number be removed …. This is harassment and the calls don't stop.
