This business (HTH Online - www.hthonline.co.za) is a ****. I ordered chlorine and a pool cleaner from them. I have tried to make contact with them. There is no phone number, only a Gmail address. I have had no response.
What brilliant service I had from Brandon at the Sweat Shop in Claremont. Nothing was too much trouble in swapping out my original choice of shoe. And Nick was most helpful too. Great assets to the company. Thank you.
Placed an online order for a phone on Monday. It was delivered the next day, on Tuesday. Extremely efficient, with no fuss at all. Thanks for great service.

I visited the store in Fourways on Tuesday this week to source new home appliances. I was helped by Tebogo who was absolutely outstanding. He was patient, polite and very knowledgeable. He not only knew the difference between brands of one product, but was also knowledgeable across a wide variety of products. He is a credit to the organisation. Thank you.
I went to the Constantia Village PnP Liquor to purchase their Black Friday special for Gordons Gin. Unfortunately their stock had not arrived. No problem - the store manager, Jeremy, said I should pay for the Gin and he would ensure that I received the stock as soon as it arrived. Sometime later he phoned to say the stock had arrived and he would keep it for me in his office. Excellent service, and Jeremy did what he said he would do. Thank you.
I responded to an Instagram Post from Shaw Academy which advertised a 4-week free trial during which I could do Module 1 of a course entitled Wine Appreciation. I am free to cancel my subscription before the 4-week trial period ends if I so wish. I was led to believe that in addition to the course, I would be entitled to free course materials to the value of EUR50. When presented with the option, I duly clicked the button to get access to my free materials. I was immediately charged R499.99 for the free materials. I have tried everything possible to get a refund, but they have refused. They have offered to extend my free trial period, and include a free certificate, none of which I want if this is the way I am to be treated. But they, point blank, refuse to give me a refund. I would not recommend anybody to sign up with Shaw Academy at all. I wish I had read the reviews on Hello Peter before signing up.
Wayne Lategan from TV & Radio Services went our of his way to help me over the weekend (during lock-down) to solve my TV problem. He had installed new equipment on the Tuesday before lock down, and over the last weekend the TV started playing up. Through a process of elimination and trying different options we finally found the problem, and now everything is working well (holding thumbs!!!!). Thank you Wayne for going above and beyond! #SupportLocal
DirectAxis continue to send me SPAM without the option to unsubscribe. In addition, my email to their published customer care (CustomerCare@directaxis.co.za) has been returned to me as "undelivered". What shocking customer service!!
