They break things then refuse to pay for repairs or even part thereof
If you want home plus and play WiFi. Don’t go the MTN. I paid for the service plus a ludicrous upfront payment plus SIM card on 6/3/25. Today 9/3/25 Still nothing and constant stories.
I’ve asked for a list of doctors covered under the scheme but have now waited for more than a week after being told they’d send me details within 24 hours.
Dreadful response to queries. I know they’re a digital bank but then react digitally in a reasonable amount of time. Not hours and on occasion days later.
Absolutely dreadful food. A table of 5 adults and none of us could finish the food. Was supposed to be a celebration for a young man’s birthday but it ended up being a very expensive and awful meal.
Good prices for tyres. Supp****, fitted and wheel alignment done quickly and efficiently
Lovely staff and the food is always good. Very good coffee. My spoils every week Manager Nelson is very good as is all the floor staff - Arlington, Robson and Busi #BlackFriday
They are always most helpful and their service is great.

Until the 31 July 2023 I would have given TymeBank 5 ⭐️. However they have dropped the ball Their WhatsApp responses are totally useless as are their Facebook messenger. The tollfree call number is not toll free and they do not answer. Simple question needed an answer but because of their lacklustre attitude I’m greatly disappointed in what I have recommended to many, as a good bank. I will need to apologize to those i recommended the bank to.
