its been 3 weeks that I have been waiting for my order. Every day when they have to deliver, they send me messages telling me my order has been delayed When I call them, they tell me Takealot does not deliver at my location, but my friend's deliveries have been delivered at the same location as mine. Takealot can also be useless; even today my order had to be delivered b4 17:00.but only now, at 19:00, am I informed that my order has delayed for the 3rd time
I bought my furniture at Fairprice Moruleng cash on the 20th of September 2024 and even today the 11th of October 2024 am still waiting for my kitchen unit.
Debtbusters SA am not happy with your service especially after they start to deduct money from you they no longer care about their customers even when you write them an email to update them about the change of banking details or if you want to pay your debts all at once they don't answer their emails or even call you. I pay them each and every month but today I received a call from Lewis saying my account is in arreas am not paying my account but the statement I received from Debtbusters and Hythen says payment was done now am confused because if that's the case then all my debts are not paid so I think it will be best to cancel their Contract and pay my debt my self. Am really not happy and I want to cancel this **** am done.
Thabazimbi municipality is the worst of all the municipalities, they have installed the boxes of electricity that they can't even maintain, it doesn't show how many meter left and when we are out of electricity you can't load the units because the boxes keep on saying error, when you buy electricity they have to put it on the poles and they take about 10 days to load it. Please help us so we can go back to Eskom, Thabazimbi municipality is kaak. We are even struggling of water is like we are living in the desert no electricity and no water but they want us to vote for them, what's the use Thabazimbi municipality must fall
Am so angry with this store I will never ever buy from them, after 2 and a half years of being a loyal customer and not skipping even 1 payment. I come across a financial situation and apply for a debt counseling so I can pay my debts and also provide for my family. But Lewis store debited my money on the 20 March 2023 after paying them also with debt counsellor. On the 22 March I called them so they can refund my money they said my debt counselor should send them the proposal and they did send on the same day. Now they tell me that they can't refund me because I was late I should have told them the same day that the money was debited or the second day but to my surprise on the 21 March it was holiday and on the 20 March it was national shutdown the only day that I couldn't get help it was the 22 March it was not even 5 days or even a week and when I called on the 22 March they promised to help only if I send the proposal and the proposal was sent the same day so I really don't understand this store but what I know is this store is a ****m. And please stop calling me telling me to come and buy ur furniture coz am done.....
Lewis thabazimbi town am very disappointed in you, after everything I went through 4 u to come and fix my kitchen unit and also my rob u decided to bring only the rob and refused to fix my kitchen unit always lieying to me saying you will come u will come even now am still waiting, and when I call the return lady always tells me that the handyman is the one refusing saying he is tired, so I really don't know what to do now am even thinking of going to the lawyers because I am a dem good customer when they debit into my account they always get money I've never ever missed payment my account is always on poit but the way Lewis is treating us am thing of taking back their furniture and get done with it.. so Lewis you better decipline ur employees I will through lawyers.....
Hi, am not happy with Lewis store the one is in Thabazimbi town, I've reported the broken wardrobe since September now it's even approaching to December still waiting for them to come and fix it. I don't know what to do can someone please help with this matter......
All I can say is mtn must find another company to work with bcz this DSV IS USELESS. Ive been waiting for my parcel since last week they don't call or write any sms or even an email, they don't send any tracking no. I even called mtn regarding this matter and they told me that this company is claiming that they called and my phone was off but to my surprise I don't have any sms or any missed call so plzz DSV DELIVER MY PARCEL, I WANT MY PHONE B4 I GIVE BIRTH TO MY FIRST BORN KERE I WANT TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY NEWBORN BABY WITH THAT PHONE STRAIGHT FROM HOSPITAL PLZZ TOGGG
I hv been using capitec for sumtym nw but nw I truly don't know if it's a bank or a scam I got scammed by a company named fsd task agency from amsterdam Netherlands and I took the matter to Thabazimbi Capitec branch at Thaba mall and they said they fix this matter, they changed my card and also asked me to pay for the new card fee and also for the investigation and I said it's OK, then after 5-7 days Capitec paid back my money which was 44.85$ so I thought the matter was resolved. About a month I transferred R2000 into my Capited account but to my surprise only R1300 was reflecting and R700 was gone and said interest fee so I went back to the bank only to get the news that they took their money back because they couldn't trace the money where it went and gave us a report that says (the customer is claiming fraud and they did not authorize,and the card holder was aware of the product purchased auto-renewal program and terms of engagement) I do have the proof incase they say am lying I evn closed my account because I couldn't afford to keep on loosing my money anymore
