Horrific customer service at jvc

I bought a jvc Bluetooth speaker from checkers in 2024 black friday and tested it once to make sure it was working and due to work and travel I came back home like twice for the year of 2025 and when I got back in December 2025 I realized that the speaker is not charging,so I went back to the checkers branch and reported that a speaker isn't charging and they told me because it just went out of warranty which was almost a month, I can't be assisted and I explained to them that I didn't know it's out of warranty and thays not the point ,the point is I bought a product that has a problem and because of my working schedule I didn't have time to use the speaker because if I picked up a fault I would have brought it to the store ,I brought all the items that was still in the plastic not used not opened even the packaging was in great condition and they did see it wasn't used but because of warranty they couldn't assist,so I got a hold of the manager of jvc to assist and sadly he didn't respond like he said he would ,it's sad how pathetic customer service is when there is a issue and when time to buy everyone is running to assist,it is better to buy from the foreigners shop than jvc because they understand people and customers service,if I had bought from a foreigner and had a problem they would have sorted it out. My advice is people don't support jvc because they absolutely pathetic in customer service

Macdonalds ****** me being a regular customer

I built about 7000 points on the Mac D app and tried redeeming a spicy mcfeast burger but the Chatsworth branch didn't have stock of the burger late December 2024 now it's gone June 2025 and I haven't gotten my points back

Worst contract company

Worst customer service. I recently took a phone contract and the sales consultant stated that I can upgrade my contract after 3 months of successful and if I am unhappy with the product I can cancel anytime, so when I called in I was told that this is not true and I decided to lodge a misled complaint against blc and they response was that my misled complaint has been dismissed with no contact with me to explain. I called in and the consultant said if it's dismissed that's just the way it is, so I said so it's okay that I have been ******* and now must pay for something I don't want. They sales consultant **** about the upgrade and cancelation any time with no additional cost and blc supports they lying consultant. I even asked them to send my voice recordings to prove I am right and it's almost 2 months now and they haven't sent it because they are scared I am right, they are avoiding me. Worst place to take a contract Avoid avoid avoid
