So The is a burger King in Olympus village. i must say the service is very poor. I go there only because its the closest place that has a drive thru. So yesterday on the 16th January 2023 i went to buy king junior meal with one adult meal. I did that cause my little one wanted ice cream and i knew each meal is complimented by the ice cream. The first window i was made to wait for the cashier to do the payment as she struggled to multi task,fine maybe she is new. after we did the payment she asked me to wait for the slip as they have network issues, ok no issues. its in the collection window where i got my food and i had to then ask the guy, where is the ice cream cause i know the meal goes with it, only then he explained their machine is not working. i had to ask him what then is your solution cause the was no mention of this before buying, in order for me to make the decision to either buy the meal or not. he had no resolution. point is the service is very poor and it could really be bad for business.
i use protea metering for my water and guess what if ure bill is not paid before the due date you will not be able to purchase electricity. I was informed late that meter reading for water will be late and the statement was done very late in the month. i made payments on the last day of due date and i wasnt able to buy electricity. i then left my place and come back sunday, my bank kept saying the is an issue and they are working on it, only to find out the was a payment erra and a reversal was made. i then did an immediate payment that reflects within 15 minutes and called them 4 hours later, guess what they couldnt find it. whats worse is that i overpayed them and they said ull just have to do what everyone else does and send proof. the thing is i have noticed that proof of payment is what they rely on and they do not have a person who can check their bank account,whats worse is that they say if they have loadshedding they dont work. whether you use their services or not each month they have a fixed amount of meterings of 140 and 84.so ull always pay them for free an amount of over 200. The question is why are these brokers still being used in south africa. is the anyone who can assist with removal of these brokers as us as South africans living under poor conditions still have to fund brokers who are introduced by a person who benefit directly into these companies and uses the corparate bodies in complexes to actually fund them. i feel its daylight robbery and a scam for such to still exist. worse they have no care for clients.
so yesterday on the 30th of June i went to checkers in woodlands mall in pretoria east. I purchased some items,then as i paid with my card i was told the card declined but it had gone through on my side. so i asked for the slip in case it does a duplication. they told me the is no proof its a decline if it doesnt print out a receipt. imagine if i had no other money. i was then told if i swipe again the money that went through will reverse or alternatively the next day it will reverse and that i will get a call from them in the morning. they even told me that its my capitec bank and that a guaranteed 99.9 that a reversal will happen. now the money i had to duplicate i was meant to use it for other things. i couldnt go out without the items so i had to pay double for my items. The is still no reversal and no call from them. its the 1st and debit orders are going out and still nothing from them. whats worse unlike other places where you get a receipt of dicline,i got nothing on their side. so i want to know is this how checkers in woodlands traet their customers or just black people they think will not write anything or make a complaint in right channels
RTMC DLTC Eco-Park Centurion (Road Traffic Management Corporation) I would like to give credit where its due. I went to this license department and never believed this was government. I did everything from renewals to temporary license. IF you want things done in less than an 1hour,customer friendly people, this is the place to go to. smiles start from the security guards to the assistance, the police doing eye tests and to the final end. I can say this department is the best when it comes to the renewal. Go there and see for yourself
So my sister and i went to Kream to have dinner on friday the 25th, sure it was fully booked and we were given table 63 which was outside, fair enough, the experience we are used to from the Kream in PTA completely different, the order i order had to return, at least at that point the hostess sent it back and i just had to eat what was brought forward. So i ordered dessert and only requested for blondies,i never bothered to check as it was closed only to get home and found brownies ,exactly what i didn't want. i was so disappointed and couldn't eat them. i have been to all 3 kreams and because i reside in PTA, i think if u must have a kream experience and excellent service go to Brooklyn kream. The Montecasino was really bad.
