I bought a cellphone at Ackermans(Ndofaya mall) the following day I tried to go exchange the phone at my nearest Ackerman's and that was at Ackerman's Connect ( Jabulani mall). I was told by the rude manager that they can't exchange the phone because they don't have an IMEI number on their system I have to go the Ackerman's I bought it at. Are they not using the same system? What was so difficult helping a customer to their request. And if I bought the hone at a different province, you telling me I have to go to that province to exchange a phone worth R1300. How ridiculous!
The worst network provider. My network has been down for a couple of hours and there's no helping being given.
Made a complete payment earlier for my Wonga loan, however my account is not getting cleared up and my interest is increasing. Wonga isn't taking phonecalls, Sent a couple of email with my proof of payment, there's no response.
I remember only doing an application for a cellphone that wasn't even approved even now but I'm being deducted R97 from my account. So why is Always Connect deducting money from our accounts without even accepting the debicheck mandate. Always Connect have this fixed. I wanna cancel it ASAP before I take further more steps.
